You can take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor, with two suites of bedrooms. One of the second floor masters has a king bed, with a 2 sink Jack and Jill bath that connects to a bedroom with a queen bed. The other second floor master has a queen bed with an adjoining one sink Jack and Jill bath that connects to a children’s room with two twin beds. The third level has a large en-suite master with a balcony overlooking the bay. Enjoy cooking meals in the newly renovated kitchen with a 48 inch Wolf range. Feel free to stock your cooler with ice from the XO 27 pound ice maker! There’s plenty of room to lounge, either in the great room on the third floor or the game room on the second floor. The outdoor space makes the most of the bay views, with a screened in porch for dining, a sun deck on the third floor, and a rooftop deck perfect for watching the sunset. Other amenities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, 16 beach chairs, 2 beach carts, several umbrellas, one paddle board and kid's kayak.
