Gray Cottage - roomy and one block from Lewes Bay

Very nice spaces. Very conducive to our group. The space was safe for the kiddles to run around (except for the sharp-cornered tables, but we put bumpers on these). Good appliances, nice workspace in the kitchen. Great dishwasher.

We had a wonderful stay. Very family friendly. Wish I had found this house years sooner when my granddaughters were babies. The cottage is big enough for all of us. We all love that we can eat together at the dining room table. We’ve been looking for a house that works for us, I think we’ve found it.

Perfect for our family. Boys had their own room which was nice for the adults. Good access to the beach.

Our second year at the Gray Cottage was as great as the first. This is a wonderful place for families to stay. Very close to the bay beach and near enough to the town center to enjoy the great restaurants. The cottage is well appointed and always clean. Check-in and check out could not be easier and communication with our hosts is a breeze. Hoping to go back again in 26'.

This is our third year staying at Grey Cottage and it never disappoints! The house is well set-up for families, a perfect location, and has all the amenities you could need. We highly recommend it!

So much fun !! Very family friendly. Absolutely amazed once inside the house ! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The backyard was private and great for grandchildren to run around and play. Plenty of parking and easy walk to beach with two 3 year olds & one 5 year old. Last year we stayed in a 2 million dollar house but it was just a house. This year we were in a cozy home that everyone was able to relax and enjoy !! Communication with Michael & Heidi was prompt & easy. Thanks so much

We loved our stay in this home. The location was perfect, there was plenty of space, everything was clean, beautiful and just charming. There were thoughtful extras like stacks of board games, toys for the kids, and extra blankets. We would love to return again!

All ten members of our family from age 6 to 66 enjoyed the cozy and spacious property! The walking distance to the bay was especially convenient. The kids loved the front dining area for board games and the yard for playing. The grownups liked some of the separation but there was enough seating between the open concept family room and dining area for everyone to be together.

We had the best week in Lewes and the Gray Cottage was an ideal place for my family to stay. There was so much space in the house and it was a short walk to the lovely bay beach. It was also an easy walk into town where there are so many good restaurants. The house was very well equipped and Heidi was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely look to stay there again.

Great place to stay near the bay. Short drive over to Rehoboth or Dewey if that’s your scene. Nice quiet neighborhood in a historic town. Lots of trails and bike paths, very short walk to the bay. House was better than advertised and lots of room for 4 adults and 5 kids.

The location of this house is just perfect and the layout is wonderful for large groups staying together. This is our second year staying here and we will stay again next year if they'll have us!

Excellent location with a quick walk to quiet beach. House was very clean. Prperty manager/owner very responsive. Easy check in.

Super close to the beach and reasonable walking distance to downtown.
