This is a 7th floor condo in the oceanfront portion of the award winning Sea Colony resort (Farragut House). There are fabulous views from your balcony overlooking the surf, sand, pool, and promenade.brbrIn the condo you are high above it all, ensconced in a well-furnished bungalow with a forever view of the ocean. Just sit back and relax on the balcony and listen to the waves with a glass of wine. Or take the elevator and a short walk past the pool to get to the beach. brbrThe kitchen was completely renovated in March 2014. The remodel included new granite counters, new cabinets, a new washer/dryer, new microwave, and new refrigerator. Both bathrooms were completely renovated in March 2017, including ceramic tile floor and shower/bath areas and granite countertops. The master bedroom furniture was replaced in 2021 and the living room furniture was replaced in October 2022. There are several wifi networks and an extender to increase the coverage in the 2nd bedroom.
