This house is located in a Family Friendly quiet neighborhood on a corner lot with a large yard and is close to Ocean City Maryland, Fenwick Island, Bethany and Rehoboth Beach's in Delaware. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Plenty of dock space for your boat and has easy Bay access for Kayak excursions, boating, Fishing & Crabbing! Plus, It's only a short walk to the State Park Beach. Great views from the deck above the enclosed porch. br brWe have a pet fee if you wish to bring a dog.
