The neighborhood is great for walking, running, biking and water sports. The house is located on a peninsula, so there is water at every turn. You can experience the truly spectacular morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets. In the summer, walks to the yacht club for an informal lunch or lounging on the several small beaches nearby are lovely ways to spend the day. One of the upstairs bedroom is an office with a convertible couch.
