Westport Gem - walk to shops, dining, town center, pet-friendly

This has been a perfect rental as a home away from home while we undergo renovations. The beds are very comfortable, tastefully decorated love the kitchen & shower upgrades, tv in all bedrooms and the den is a great getaway for work and privacy, only a few stairs at entrance .. close to neighbors but a nice high hedge in backyard offers privacy. Downstairs neighbor very nice and shoveled a path after the storm. Communications were excellent … all in all a nice place to be during a stressful time .. thank you

This home is in a close to town and fabulous for walking. It was spotless with a yard in the back for the dogs to run. There is a permanent tenant who lives in the downstairs apartment.

Very quaint property in a lovely setting

Great house and tenant/landlord was very helpful when we had questions. Walking to town was easy. Just watch the traffic. Daily visits to the beach were great. We used our daughter’s pass. There are several golf courses as well. Restaurants in the area cater to any palette. Playhouse on Post Road offers great entertainment. House and neighborhood is very quiet. We felt at home immediately.

Absolutely awesome property and awesome hosts! Location and property are gorgeous, a beautful walk to Main street Westport, didnt even need the car. We're coming back in the fall and from now on this is our Go-to VRBO. A

Nice property...kind of like a flag lot, about 3/4 of a mile from downtown Westport. It was a nice stay.

My wife and I returned for our fourth different stay at this most comfortable home. It is spacious, clean and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in downtown Westport. The yard is well maintained and visiting grandkids can enjoy playing in the backyard. The owner who resides in his basement apartment is a nice gentleman who is helpful to guests or can leave them alone as well. Tony and Jenna who manage the property are gracious and most accommodating. We highly recommend Luke’s Landing.

We had a wonderful weekend. Weather was 75-80 and sunny. It is a very clean, beds were very comfortable. Patio was nice with a private back yard. Definitely stay again.

My wife and I spent the month of December in a pleasant home in Westport. It provides one floor living that met our needs. The home is located on a quiet lane off Main Street. It is halfway between a small collection of stores and downtown Westport with its busy shops. All are within easy walking distance. The home is clean and spacious. The home has a pretty backyard for use during warmer seasons. Luke’s Landing combines a comfortable stay with the opportunity to enjoy dining, shopping and exploring Westport.

After a rough year we were able to get a few days away and at the last minute chose this location. Everything we were looking for was there. The home and grounds were beautiful. The location in Westport was exactly what we wanted: magnificent fall foliage, quiet where the home was but close enough to walk to town and enjoy every aspect of being close by the town for lovely cafes and restaurants. Also, beautiful places were accessible by car in minutes such as Earthplace for trails and nature and the beach for a beautiful autumn walk. We did not want to leave.

Had a great time! My favorite part was sitting on the back deck w coffee in the morning. There were so many birds and the tall hedges that protected the privacy was so charming. The host was so nice and left out fruit and snacks. Loved staying there!

My daughter and I came in for a very short but important stay. My daughter was reuniting with her kindergarten teacher and the students from that class - whom graduated this year - 2024. We no longer live in town, nor do several others, but most of the class returned to honor their kindergarten teacher by opening time capsules that they made in her class 12 years ago. It was a beautiful and touching opportunity to see how these young kids have grown through their school years and an opportunity for them to thank their kindergarten teacher for setting them on the right path. We enjoyed the house and our stay! Thank you!
