The living room is perfect for lounging and features a cozy sofa, a 44” Smart TV with HULU available. brThe fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, and a dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. The bathroom features a spacious shower with all toiletries included.brThis unit can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, with the sofa converting into a comfortable bed. The unit is located just a few steps away from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city.brThe area is quiet except for the occasional siren associated with an urban area and the bustle of cars as we are near a major street. If you are a light sleeper, please let us know. brThe A/C unit is a window unit which means we prep and install them once the weather is consistently warm (70 or above) for a week or more before re-installing them for the summer months. We may provide portable fans if we have an unseasonably warm day or 2 in the early spring months. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the A/C. brThe heat is on all winter and into early spring. This system does not provide for individual unit control of the heat. We have provided portable heaters in the closet for added comfort. Please reach out with any questions. brAbove all else we want to create the best stay for our guests!br
