The villa is located in a gated peaceful residential area with easy access (if desired) to shops, beaches and all local amenities. There is a large modern Consum supermarket 100m from the gated estate. It is ideally suited to family groups but not suitable for adult groups who prefer late night socialising. The villa is fully enclosed with a 2.5m high fence for privacy. There is a perfectly maintained private pool and one has access to two communal pools located next door.
