Welcome to our Penthouse in the Aguamarina part of Cabo Roig. It has just been remodeled to the highest standards for you to enjoy. It has two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, american style kitchen, living room and three balconies/roof terraces. It also features a storage room and a secure underground garage spot. The kitchen is fully equipped for your if you want to do your own cooking. Otherwise you have tons of restaurants and bars just outside your doorstep! You have about 200 meters to the nearest supermatket, and a 5 minute drive to Zenia Boulevard (One of Spains biggest malls) and 3-4 famous golf courses.

The apartment features a big screen TV, playstation, bluetooth speaker, electrical reclining chairs and first class beds for your full pleasure. Of course it also has AC and central heating in every room. On the terraces you have dining possibilities, a big stone grill, loungers etc.

If you want to enjoy the sun you can either choose to do it on one of the roof terraces or down by the relaxing pool area, which is located right on the famous beach walk of Cabo Roig with spectaculars view of the ocean as well.

We will do our very best to fulfill all your requests and wishes for your holiday stay. Everything (Water, electricity, fibre-wifi, international tv-channels, bed linnen, towels etc.) is included in the rental price except for a final cleaning/laundry fee of 70€, that is to be paid directly to our property manager.

    It is a very nice apartment, very well equipped and maintained, the people who own it have thought of everything to make your stay there very comfortable, the complex is maintained to a high standard as well, the lawn is well kept as is the swimming pool, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, Jesper is very helpful and knowledgeable.

    A fantastic well looked after property in a ideal location for all amenities and exploring the orihuela costa region. Jesper the property owner was a pleasure to deal with and always super efficient and prompt with any questions or queries. We would highly recommend this property for your holiday accommodation the only slight thing to tarnish this property is its close proximity to a main road.

    Having this be my first time renting an apartment I was not sure what to expect with regards to arrival and checking in. However it was flawless. I was met by a taxi at the airport and then the property manager met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough handover. The apartment itself is very modern and was extremely clean. The highlight of the apartment are the rooftop terraces, one is a lounge and the the other has a bbq and a small table and chairs. Both have sea views. We used the bbq 3 times and spent every day on the rooftop lounge with my 2 children after returning after a night out. The location is ideal, 5 mins away from the Consum supermarket, 5 minutes away from the Cabo Roig strip and just 5 minutes away from the nearest beach. The pool area is very well kept and ideal for children. The apartment caters for all your needs and not having to wake up to secure a sunbed was very welcomed. Jesper (the owner) was very attentive throughout the process making sure that everything was going smoothly and that all my questions were answered. I would return and will be looking at Jespers other properties for next year.

    We spent a lovely month in the apartment, it has been converted to a high standard with an amazing kitchen complete with dish washer and washing machine. The beds and furniture are all very good quality and very comfortable. Great reclining sofa and chair in the lounge and lovely cane sun loungers, table and chairs with deep cushions on the sun roof area. Plenty of storage/wardrobe space and even a shopping trolly for those trips to the nearby supermarket. Had a great time, thanks Jesper :-)

    This property is in a superb location, close to numerous bars and restaurants. The local supermarket is a mere 5 minute walk away. The nearest beach is again only a 5 minute walk away and finally the nearest Golf Coarse, Las Ramblas is less than a 10 minute drive away. This holiday was booked to celebrate our retirement in May 2018. Since our retirement we had worked very hard landscaping our rear garden and our hope was that this property and its surroundings would provide a relaxing and very enjoyable time. When booking, the responses from the owner Jesper were first class and gave us real confidence that we had made a good decision. On arrival at the property we met the local property manager who again gave us absolute confidence that nothing was too much trouble to ensure we had a good holiday. We had booked to stay at this property for 6 weeks and were possibly the first long term occupants. We pointed out a small change that would make life a little easier and Jesper, the owner, responded immediately with a positive answer of if it improves things for you we will do it. Again re-assurance of the desire to make everything right for our holiday. The property has 3 balconies that provide a choice of views that are superb. One balcony has 2 superb sun lounger chairs that are fully reclining together with a superb dining table and chairs. The interior of the property is excellent with quality equipment and furnishings. Overall this holiday property provided us with such a tremendous time that we have already booked for next year. Jesper, thank you so much for a assisting us to have a wonderful holiday and the opportunity to do it all again next year.

    Had a great week staying in this beautiful apartment. Communication from Jesper was first class before and during our stay. The apartment couldn't have been located any better. You're literally a 2 minute walk from the strip, but even being so close any noise wasn't an issue. 3 fantastic beaches which were walkable between 5 and 15 minutes depending which you chose. Sun loungers, cool box and parasols also provided to make your day at the beach even more pleasurable. If your not a beach lover the pool was great as well, and never got too busy. The roof terraces are stunning, with great views of the sea. Would definitely recommend or book again if I was staying in Cabo Roig.
