The apartment has two bedrooms:

• Main bedroom: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes

• Second bedroom: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes

The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a bath with an overhead shower, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror, and towel rail.

There is air-conditioning in the lounge only.

Outdoor Space

The front garden and terrace are tiled and suitable for eating outside or relaxing in the sun. Guests can also use the communal pool and garden.

For those who want a little more activity, Torrevieja town and marina are a short 10-minute drive away, offering larger supermarkets, shopping, markets, and a variety of restaurants and nightlife. Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within a short drive, making this area a convenient base for both relaxation and exploration.



Getting Around:

Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider Orihuela Costa area, including nearby golf courses and beaches.



Public buses run along the main roads nearby, providing connections to Torrevieja and surrounding towns.
