Large Detached Villa -Peaceful Gated Community- Perfect Family Cov19 Isolation

Very spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities, we were 9 adults we used all of the eight bedrooms and four bathrooms … the pools, sun terraces, we loved staying there… we throughly recommend staying here … you will be delighted

Really wanted to rate this better but was badly let down by the air conditioning. So hot at night and the air con despite being on and paid for was just a trickle which did nothing to help in all bedrooms but blew a gale above the table on floor 2 strangely. Was so hard to sleep at night, for all of us due to the heat. If it wasn’t for this and some unclean crockery, pans, floors and bathroom cupboards it would have been 5+ The pool was great, outside area brilliant and spacious. Host was so helpful prior to arrival which was much appreciated. Good location as bars/restaurants plentiful 10-15 mins walk in all directions. Wi Fi was fine no problems. Everything you could need inside the villa and use of inflatables was a bonus. Large community pool at side of villa was a little noisy at times but so were we I imagine, not a problem at all, people just having fun. Great size rooms. Recommend Lime Bar up the road and The Abbey and Mumbai Blue are brilliant for evening meals. Download the Costa Taxi app which we only found a few days before leaving. Didn’t let us down and reasonable prices. Consum supermarket was brilliant as well. Would have loved to have come back next year but the air con killed it for us unfortunately.

The house is huge with enough room and showers for all and the pool is lovely. The pool cleaner came regularly so the water quality was excellent. There was a seating area by the pool and more than enough loungers for us all (7 people). here was also a huge terasse where we could sit in the shade. There are tons of bars and restaurants within a couple of kilometers walk and the quality is generally good. Because this is a residentail area the popular restaturants are often full so it would pay to book ahead. As of September 2022, the availability and reliability of taxis is not great although for more mobile visitors there are plenty of e-scooters about. We all enjoyed a relaxing time at the house although we did have a few niggles. The coffee machine didn't work, using the kettle fused the whole house, the TV worked but the satellite programs couldn't be tuned in, the app just returned a blank screen (although we didn't really need it or miss it), the hot water boiler was constantly dripping and required a bucket to be emptied twice daily and the barbeque was grimy and one of the legs had fallen off. These niggles did not spoil the holiday and the items mentioned just need replacing as they have reached the end of their shelf lives.

Wonderful Villa set over three levels, making it spacious for the ten of us. The pool and area around the villa is great. Some restaurants/bars 15 to 20 minutes walk. Would recommend a car to get round as taxis not very reliable, so if you have people in your party who can't walk to far then hire a car. Supermarket on your doorstep is a bonus. Would definitely book again. 5 star Villa.

Lot of space, everyone had his own bedroom and almost everyone had his own toilet and shower. Nice living room to get together and enjoy multi channel tv with netflix etc. and practical kitchen for cooking. We were there in late autumn and were not able to enjoy the outside facilities, but they looked really fine. Eamon and Robbie were very helpful hosts. Thankyou on behalf of the whole group!

Very nice house, very comfortable and large enough for a large group. The constant breeze on the terrace was a must.

My family and I had a wonderful week's holiday in this lovely spacious villa. It is the perfect place for a family get-together. We were three generations: six seniors, seven 20/30-somethings, a 6-year-old, 2-year-old and a 3-month old baby. There was plenty of space for us all over the three floors, and the villa was provided with everything we needed. There was also so much room outdoors, on all three levels. All of us loved the private pool, especially the children, who had a great time on the slide and with the many pool toys they found in the garage. We didn't need to use the communal pool next door at all. We loved the shady gazebo close to the pool and the sheltered veranda on the main floor. The outdoor gas grill got a lot of use. There is an excellent supermarket just a few minutes walk away. We experienced an extreme heatwave for the first few days of our holiday at the beginning of August and unfortunately the 2-Euro coin-operated air-conditioning system wasn't great, and wasn't working at all on the top floor. Eamon the owner, who is extremely helpful, tried to get an engineer out to fix it, but because of the heatwave there was no-one available. The second half of our week was a much more comfortable temperature. We hadn't hired cars, we just wanted to spend a week together catching up with each other and enjoying the children. We highly recommend this lovely villa for families.

Lovely villa to stay in which was very spacious inside and out, the pool was a good size and kids had a great time going down the slide and playing with their toys in the pool .The bedrooms are spacious enough and the sitting room and veranda area quite big also, the kitchen is well stocked and equipped and their was also large BBQ and outdoor grill which is perfect if you are cooking for a group of people. Plenty of amenities nearby with a large supermarket beside the villa and a restaurant, bar and commercial center just 10 minutes walk away, the nearest resort and beach is approx 25 minutes walk from the villa. The owners are very accommodating and the man looking after the villa was very helpful, overall i would definitely stay here again and recommend the villa for a relaxing family holiday, as previously stated nearby residents do not take kindly to loud noise during siesta times and at night time so the villa is unsuitable for late night parties.

The three levels are effectively three apartments sharing the well equipped kitchen on then ground floor, so perfect for an intergenerational family or couple of families with kids. The pool is clean and big enough to swim in, with the larger communal pool just next door. Walking distance to supermarket and local restaurants, and a short taxi drive to beaches, shopping centers and the old town of Torrevieja. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a barbecue too so easy to cook in and dine al fresco on the spacious balconies. I would highly recommend this villa for a family group who want to relax in the sun and enjoy the private pool. We also enjoyed la Zenis and Flamenco beaches just a short drive away. The owners of the villa couldn't be more helpful. It is their holiday home so there are extras like books and dvds, beach toys, and everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. We will definitely be back.
