Quiet 4-bedroom house near Munts beach, air-conditioned, shared pool

AT084 Roquer: Semi-detached house in the rocks area of the Els Munts neighborhood, a very quiet area with fantastic views of the sea. The 4 houses share the pool surrounded by grass and from where you can see the sea. The house has access to the pool from the private garden. On the ground floor there is the living room, a very well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs we find the 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed and three with 2 single beds in each) and another bathroom with a shower. In two of the bedrooms that lead out to the terrace with views of the pool and the sea, there are air conditioning splits, as in the living room. In 2 other bedrooms there are standing fans. In 8 minutes walking along a coastal path, enjoying the very beautiful views, you reach La Paella beach (550m) of Torredembarra. The house does not have a private parking space, but the street is a dead end and normally only the 4 neighbors park.
