Abundant wildlife can be observed from multiple nearby hiking trails. This house has an excellent location because of its proximity to town, beach, and mountain. Also it offers a unique privacy with a jungle feel yet there is a new convenience store just steps away outside the front gate. Perfect mix of everything!brA car is recommended but taxis and other transport is also available. Road is fully paved to the house.brThere are absolutely NO unregistered guests allowed. The Jungle Palace does not support sex tourism. Bringing any unregistered guests to the property will result in immediate eviction with no refund of your entire stay. All visitors must be requested during the booking process. No exceptions. There are security cameras in and outside of the home. During your stay inside hall/stairway cameras are proactively turned off, outside cameras may remain on to help protect these policies, the house, our belongings and yours. br~~~ Beach/towels ~~~ Towels are for the house & pool, please do not bring any towels to the beach. Swimming is not recommended at Playa Hermosa because of the currents.br~~~ Pool ~~~ We hope you love relaxing and cooling off at the pool, but please no glassware as accidents do happen. br~~~ NoSmoking ~~~ There is no smoking inside the house. Please use an ashtray when outside. There’s no excuse for littering. Throwing butts over the fence or leaving in the rocks is not ok and will result in a $200 fine. br~~~ Trash ~~~We do our best to recycle cans, plastic & glass bottles and hope you'll do the same. There is a blue trash can with blue trash bags for recycling & black trash can with black bags for trash. Please, when the trash is full or you are finished with your stay - leave trash bags on the side of the driveway between the gate & road. We have also provided a teal compost bin for egg shells, fruits and veggies, once full - it can be dumped over the far right corner of the pool patio.br~~~ Electricity ~~~We love the planet and hope you do too. Please turn off AC and lights during the day or when not in use. Our 2-bedroom apartment just a 5 minute drive from Playa Hermosa offers everything one might need for a long-term or short-term stay. This apartment is one of four apartments on a 5000 sqm private property on a private street. The beach Playa Hermosa is just a 5 minute drive, whereas Jaco is only 15 minutes, where you find all things might needed. The parking is located right outside the apartments in a safe area, since the property has a gate, where only tenants and guests can enter. We have several options for delivery and a walking distance store as well. Our 500 mbps WiFi also works great for Digital Natives, since all kinds of calls or any programm requiring good internet works fast and well. The apartment has two ACs, one in the masterbedroom and one in the livingroom, to ensure a cool feel all day. The half-bathroom also has a washer and spinner, whereas there is also a washing machine and dryer on the property for bigger wash loads *for an additional cost. The big rancho right outside offers a great space to enjoy sunrise or sunset or simply a nice afternoon grilling or having a drink.
