First off, the house is lovely. It's up on a hill with a gorgeous view. The house manager was wonderful and available to help whenever needed during our stay. Why my concern starts is when we completely ran out of water. They knew our water tanks were low and they were going to send someone out, though they never arrived. Three days later (day before departure) we ran out of water. They arranged for a truck to come out which arrives around 8PM. The truck filled the tanks and backed down the driveway. Unbeknownst to us, the truck faced mechanical issues and the drivers left the truck completely blocking the driveway. We did not know this was the case until we left for the airport at 5am. There was no way for us to get around because of rock walls and nine of us missed our flight. We faced over 1300 in airfare change fees and additional car rental charges, along with having to miss an additional day of work. The GM of Zindis has been completely unresponsive to my attempts to reach out as well as VRBO. This is incredibly disappointing because this was a trip we'd been looking forward to for a year and this all just left a bad taste at the end of it.

Beautiful home, perfect for our family of 8, 7 adults, 1 child. 5 bedrooms worked great for all. Common spaces were spacious. Pool table was quality, ping pong table warped. Some wear and tear to furnishings, as is to be expected in the tropics and from a rental house. Endless seating options, inside and out. Pool was the best ever. Unique shape and design. Not heated, but certainly the perfect temperature. The suggestion that a AWD vehicle is recommended should be taken to heart. We live on a steep hill, but this one was even steeper! I suppose a front wheel drive car could make it up there, but a SUV certainly was nice to have. Kitchen had many cooking and serveware options. A/C in the bedrooms was great. All in all, one of the best homes we have rented for our family of 8.

Property manager met us at office and we followed him to home for check-in. Very easy process. The house is high up a hill and driveway is steep but the view is breathtaking! We had a four-wheel drive rental car which was helpful driving in this area. The home was just amazing with beautiful regional artwork on every wall. The pictures of the home hardly do it justice. Every bedroom had en suite bathroom and balcony or poolside porch. The grandchildren loved the large infinity edge pool, ping-pong table, and game room with pool table and game table. The view from the pool side of home was breathtaking with the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. We had a chef come to home and prepare two meals which we ate outside in covered protected dining area near pool. No bugs, cool breeze, and beautiful sunsets. Made for a perfect vacation. This is an incredible vacation home with attention taken for every detail. Highly recommend.

Home was great! Is on top of a mountain with great views but very steep road getting up. Had temporary issue with water but was immediately fixed by the team on a Sunday night. Was very impressed with their responsiveness! Great place for a big group. Can’t beat the views and outdoor space!

What an amazing place with an outstanding view that will leave you breathless! Huge space for plenty of couples.... Drive up is bumpy and steep but worth it once your there! Stocked well with typical needs and any issues were promptly addressed.

This house was our favorite holiday spot. The views are breathtaking. The patio has everything you need: pool, views, large space for grilling or mixing up a drink and ping pong. Our kids always had something to do: party vice with pool table, a poker table and the whole house is connected to Sonos sound system. We brought in Fogo chef and had amazing meals without the stress. It was a bit hard to find the first time as there is no sign or number from the road, so pin your location in Waze. House had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds but due to pandemic there is not the traditional pay it forward with condiments and kitchen basics like sugar and flour. There wasn’t even a small welcome with coffee for the morning. The caretaker was very responsive and a front door with pin code vs keys (and alarm system) made us feel safe at all times. House was great for our family of 6 ( kids from 10-20) but it could also be a great friend weekend. All 4 rooms had in suite bathrooms( upstairs master was like warm water at best) plenty of space to spread out and if you snuck away 2 desks for working space. Thank you for sharing your home.

House incredibly beautiful and tastefully decorated. Pool and view amazing. Definitely need a rental car to get around. The house is high on a hill top. Had a gray fox, coati and howler monkeys in the yard and surrounding area. Edgar, manager, was superb in recommending places, restaurants and things to do. You won’t be disappointed!

beautiful views from a 2000+ sq ft outdoor living space...great place to have a large gathering, grill, play music, play ping pong or just relax. House came equipped with every possible amenity and on site crew was available for any needs. would definitely go back!
