Stayed Mar 31, 2025We had a great stay in Playa Hermosa, the house is beautiful and has everything needed for an amazing vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook and entertain. Lots of great common space. All bedrooms are very comfortable. The outdoor space is everything you could ask for. We hope to be back!

Stayed Jul 13, 2023We were 6 adults and 6 kids, perfect for us! The villa was our base and we travelled to a few beaches and excursions by car. We liked Playa Hermosa, but preferred other beaches around like Playa Cabuyal and Playa Buena. Playa Penca (beautiful) was currently undergoing construction for a Waldorf Astoria. Sunsets were amazing, Guillermo was super nice and helpful and Ana was a ray of sunshine when we crossed path everyday! Pura Vida en la Villa!

Stayed Jun 23, 2023Beautiful home with stunning views day and night. Every amenity you could think of or need! Guillermo was very attentive to any little issue that came up and responded immediately! Wonderful place for family vacation or getaway with lots of friends. Convenient to everything in Hermosa Beach and a 10 min drive to Coco Beach. Convenient to several day trip excursions as well. We spent half our visit here on the hill and half down on the beach. Was nice to experience both. When we come back will do the same!

Stayed Mar 6, 2023Our family stayed at Villa Hermosa and our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were picked up from the airport by our amazing driver Douglas and taken to our home away from home for the week. As soon as you walk in you visualize the house and pool overlooking the ocean and mountains, which is simply indescribable. The view is amazing and the sunsets are some of the best we have ever seen. At the house we were greeted by Guillermo, who was extremely kind and helpful during our entire stay. The Villa Hermosa was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our party (6 adults and one child). We all enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms, with each bedroom connected to an outdoor area overlooking the ocean. One of our highlights of our trip was Ana, the housekeeper who made delicious breakfasts every morning (you just supply the food). It was paradise waking up every morning and having breakfast prepared to eat outside with an ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our crew chose to spend most of our time in the outdoor area; the outdoor dining spot was amazing, as well as the plentitude of other outdoor spaces to chill and relax. The pool was clean, a great temperature, and absolutely beautiful; at certain angles it looks as if the pool meets the ocean. We walked to a local market a couple of times for groceries and could have walked to the beach, but just decided to spend our time at the pool instead. Our time at this house was nothing short of amazing and we would most definitely recommend this house and Star Villas to anyone! Thank you again to Guillermo, Adriana, Ana, and Douglas!

Stayed Aug 3, 2022The location was perfect, the house was beautiful. We spent a great deal of our time at the gorgeous pool. This listing is within walking distance from the beach and nearby restaurants. The concierge, Guillermo, was amazing. He coordinated everything for us. Definitely listen to the guidance of the concierge, as every recommendation was superb. We would definitely do this again!
