Hello I am renting out a one to two weeks stay (Saturday and Sunday check in) at the gorgeous Grand Solmar Land's End resort in a master suite. This suite sleeps up to 4 people. There are 1 king bed and 1 murphy queen size bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with refrigerator, dining room and a gorgeous patio with ocean view. brbrIt is located in beautiful Cabo San Lucas. It is a place where you can enjoy your perfect relaxation get away from home. The temperature in cabo is always 70 to 80 year round. The resort is tucked away behind a cliff to offer privacy and peace, there are no vendors at this resort to bother you. In addition, it is only a short distant from downtown cabo, the marina, and medano beach (10-15 minutes walk or 3 to 5 minutes shuttle or taxi to those locations). There are at least 3 restaurants at the resorts and many bars include several swim up bars at the pool. Grand Solmar also offer all inclusive meal plan with a minimun of 3 days purchase. However, you always have the option to buy food at the mega mall, walmart, costco in cabo and stock your food and drinks in your fridge for breakfast and lunch and have your dinner night out on the town. brbrIf interested please contact me with your book dates, i will confirm once i am able to verify availability with Grand Solmar. A 2,831 sqft ocean front condo on the Pacific Ocean in one of Cabo´s most exclusive communities. Ocean Club Residences (OCR) 405 is fully equipped, has beautiful travertine floors, panoramic views to the pristine beach, upgraded furnishings and is located within Diamante, offering all amenities. The condo has 2,250 sqft of interior living and another 581 sqft of exterior living. It is located on the very southwest corner of the property and looks to the west. This unit faces away from the pool and the interior of the resort so it is quiet and has completely unobstructed views of the ocean and the undeveloped property and beach to the west. Every night you can see the sun set over the ocean and based on the view, you only see the natural landscape. You get the feeling of being alone while still being a part of the resort. The condo is only 200 yards from the ocean. We crack the sliding door at night and fall asleep, and wake up to, the sound of the waves hitting the beach.brbrThe golf is amazing at Diamante and as a guest of a full owner, you have access to both the Tiger Woods el Cardonal course and the Davis Love Dunes course. As a guest of an owner you can make tee times 5 months out and you pay $5,250 pesos per round(which is 50% of the $10,500 peso rack rate). You will be required to take a caddie which is $35 USD plus tip (paid in cash to the caddie).brbrThe unit also features a 75 TV in the living room, 55 TV's in each of the bedrooms, as well as an in home stereo system that has speakers in the living room and on the patio.
