A 2,831 sqft ocean front condo on the Pacific Ocean in one of Cabo´s most exclusive communities. Ocean Club Residences (OCR) 405 is fully equipped, has beautiful travertine floors, panoramic views to the pristine beach, upgraded furnishings and is located within Diamante, offering all amenities. The condo has 2,250 sqft of interior living and another 581 sqft of exterior living. It is located on the very southwest corner of the property and looks to the west. This unit faces away from the pool and the interior of the resort so it is quiet and has completely unobstructed views of the ocean and the undeveloped property and beach to the west. Every night you can see the sun set over the ocean and based on the view, you only see the natural landscape. You get the feeling of being alone while still being a part of the resort. The condo is only 200 yards from the ocean. We crack the sliding door at night and fall asleep, and wake up to, the sound of the waves hitting the beach.

The golf is amazing at Diamante and as a guest of a full owner, you have access to both the Tiger Woods el Cardonal course and the Davis Love Dunes course. As a guest of an owner you can make tee times 5 months out and you pay $5,250 pesos per round(which is 50% of the $10,500 peso rack rate). You will be required to take a caddie which is $35 USD plus tip (paid in cash to the caddie).

The unit also features a 75 TV in the living room, 55 TV's in each of the bedrooms, as well as an in home stereo system that has speakers in the living room and on the patio. Download the Novo app, access your music and control the 6 speakers in the condo and exterior area. All TV's have cable TV with most of the major US channels (in English) and there is wifi in the condo. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo and both have ocean front views and access to the patio through sliders. All the interior doors have weather stripping which means it is very hard to hear anything in the living room from the bedrooms. In addition, each bedroom has it's own AC system and thermostat so each room can be cooled to a different temperature. The living area also has it's own thermostat for the AC. Each bedroom has a king size bed and it's own bathroom.

The outdoor balcony has a built in grill that runs off of propane.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor that serves lunch and dinner. You will have access to the OCR pool and swim up bar as well as the lagoon.

The amazing unobstructed view of the ocean and peacefulness are what sold us on this condo.

    We had an absolutely amazing stay. The property is just stunning. Brian is an amazing host and gave us the best recommendations to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend staying there and enjoying watching the whales from the massive terrace.
