Chileno Bay Resort never fails to deliver. Thank you BeMexico for yet another wonderful experience. The room is always well appointed, clean, and stocked. That outdoor shower is heaven. Booking extra days for housekeeping is a breeze. Ana is great in keeping in touch. She is a delight, and so very helpful. The staff is very helpful as well. We can't wait for our next visit:)

After many trips to the Esperanza, this was our first visit to Chileno Bay. Great accommodations. Better than expected integration with the hotel management/services. Very nice resort.

Chileno is simply magical. Amazing property and the snorkeling is right there.

It is such a quiet beautiful spot. The staff is exceptional. The food is excellent. What a great trip.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here immensely! The staff was very accommodating and the room was amazing, exactly as advertised. We did have a 12 hour period where there was no power to the building but luckily it was during the day so we just went the beach and pool that is a short walk away and it was fixed upon our return.*** ***They had a Category 4 hurricane just 3 weeks ago so we gave them a pass on this hiccup (no one's fault and they tried hard to get it fixed for us). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The overall resort is wonderful. Very good restaurants and pool locations. The service is outstanding - everyone is very friendly and immediately responsive.

We enjoyed this property immensely. It was gorgeous, relaxing, and fun. The check in process was quick and personalized. The staff throughout the resort were professional and attentive. In particular we appreciated Doni from the recreation team who took us out from the beach to snorkel tour the coral right off the shore. The food was delicious. Beyond delicious. It was also pricey, even for Cabo. The one area that was a bit of a “gotcha” was that they would bring water to our table without us ordering it, pour it for us, and then charge us $7.50 per bottle. Our expectation is that if you are going to be charged for something, you should have to explicitly order it and not have it poured for you without asking. Overall, a minor inconvenience, however. Overall, we highly recommend this listing.
