A 15 minute picturesque drive from Whangarei City takes you to this beautiful location. The large glass doors open on to the huge entertaining deck which has stunning views of Parua Bay; and with the water so close! ( it only takes 2 minutes walk across the reserve to the swimming beach). brbr The house has a big kitchen, and open plan living area which accommodates a group with comfort. 50 Inch Smart TV and fiber WiFi. For heating there is a woodburner in the lounge and wood provided in box just outside the door. There are three double bedrooms, and comfortable couches in the lounge. The third bedroom is adjoined to the house, but has its own access and its own toilet. (For those who don't need this room, it is sometimes used by myself as a counselling room., with access off the driveway, not inside the gate). Tide and Time at the Bach is a place where you can slow down and enjoy the simple things. brThis sunny 3-bedroom getaway is just a short stroll from the sea and surrounded by natural beauty with elevated views out the harbour and across towards Ruakaka/Waipu.brEnjoy a cuppa on the deck, then set out to explore - paddle a kayak across the bay, wander the coastal tracks, climb Mount Manaia for breathtaking views, or head 10 minutes down the road to Ocean Beach for sand and surf. Then finish the day with a BBQ and time to reflect on the special memories made.brbrOUR SPACEbrThere is plenty of room to park a boat or jet ski with beach launching just a few minutes around the road. Whangarei Harbour is a great place for all water pursuits. brWander down the private driveway (walking access only) to enjoy a swim, snorkel, kayak or paddleboard.
