This Pet Friendly condo features a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan with gas fireplace and a half bath on main floor. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The Master bedroom features great views and has a King size bed, a ceiling fan.
The 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, ceiling fan and great views.

Parking: Parking is first come first serve.
Shared Hot Tub: Access to the hot tub is thru front desk. There are change rooms and washrooms available. Please note: Maximum of 5 people at once in the hot tub. Please shower in condo before using hot tub.
BBQ & Fire pit: There is a BBQ and Fire pit area available to you for use at the back of the complex.
There is coin operated laundry facility on location in common area for your use.
Garbage & Recycling: There are bins in the parking lot and by the lobby if needed.

Please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. There is a pet fee per stay.
Also please note The condo has excellent mountain views, recently renovated, new couch, new beds, bright and sunny but is facing the road which is close to the highway so you may hear some road noise.
This condo has stairs and is a 5 min drive to Canmore and 15 min drive to Banff.

Harvie Heights is a hamlet in Alberta, Canada within the Municipal District of Bighorn No. 8. It is located within Alberta's Rockies on the Trans-Canada Highway approximately 4 kilometres northwest of Canmore and immediately east of the park gate for Banff National Park
Getting Around:
The local bus stop (Roam) stops just down the alley

As this is a pet friendly condo, please let us know if any pets will be joining you as they have to be approved. We allow up to a maximum of 2 pets per unit for a fee. 1 pet fee will automatically be added to the stay provided you selected a pet under guests. Additional pets that are joining BookCanmore will have to request additional payment which is not included in the initial reservation quote. Please let us know if any pets will be joining you as they must be approved. If no pet fee is selected but we find evidence of a pet guests will be charged the amount owed.
When the condo is on the second floor with outside stairs, located in the mountains and you are renting in the winter you would think that the owners would make sure that someone was there to shovel the steps off on a regular basis. Very unimpressed being that I was on crutches.
Great location with quick easy access into Canmore via road beside highway. Had great Mountain Views and was dog friendly including both a food/water dish as well as a dog bed by the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again
Spent 2 nights and it was lovely. A bit of highway noise but with the windows closed it was fine. Lots of space and we had every item needed in the home. Thanks again!

Great location between Banff and Canmore. Beautiful views of the mountains. Some highway traffic noise. Lots of stairs.
Parking can be busy on the weekends but eventually a space will become available.
This is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Easily accommodates 4 adults and is in a nice central location with easy access to Canmore, Banff. & Lake Louise. Property manager was easy to communicate with & the process of booking the trip / checking-In & out was smooth and hassle free. We will definitely be back!
Great location. Handy to Canmore and Banff. Nice looking apartment with the space we needed for our family. We stayed for 11 days. I think the owner may be new to holiday rentals and may not have realized that a stay of that length would require more supplies such as dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. To make this rental more desirable some sort of air conditioning would be a good investment. The description stated that there was road noise but when it is hot and the windows have to be open the noise can be a little overwhelming.
This property was cozy and clean! 10 min from. Banff and 2 min to Canmore.
