It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with full stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people and there is plenty of room for extra guests if needed. brbrThere is a fire pit located in the lower front yard with plenty of firewood to relax in the evening and swap stories of your experiences during the day. Large ample parking available on-site. The two large bedrooms contain two full beds each (new!) with a total of four beds!! The loft has a couch where you can have time alone to read a good book and enjoy the cool breeze coming through the window. The master bedroom has a queen bed, full master bath complete with Jacuzzi tub and a balcony. A back deck with a gas grill is provided for your use to cook that fresh salmon steak you caught or purchased earlier in the day. brbrIn order to keep the bears away, there are no provisions to clean fish on site. We will be happy to provide information where you can get your fish processed locally in the Soldotna/Kenai area. Two freezers will be available to store your fish if needed. brbrLaundry facilities are available and the house is completely stocked with linens, towels and dishes for your use. We offer a TV in each bedroom with Netflix to wind down your day with a good movie or documentary. We also supply wireless WiFi. (Please remember I have raised my family here and have had animals in the past. Every bed is new and has been replaced. There is new bedding-sheets, blankets and comforters. The home is professionally cleaned every year and after every guest. Every effort is made to have it clean for past, current and future guests). br brWe are conveniently and centrally located 4 miles south of Soldotna, 70 miles from Homer, 10 miles from Kenai and 50 miles from the Russian River. This comfortable condo is in Soldotna, right on the Kenai River. Private river access with great fishing and all the amenities - cleaning station, nets, stringers, freezer space all included. The condo has a full kitchen, living/dining area, and full bathroom downstairs. the downstairs also has futon bed couch. The large upstairs has a new queen bed, bunk bed, and twin bed along with a convenient new half bath. There is a large deck with a grill out front and a common area with gas grill and viewing area. brbrThe condo is part of a complex of 12 units overlooking the Kenai River. We have over 150 ft of private river frontage with a metal walkway and access to get in the river. the deck has a fish cleaning station, stringers, and nets for common use. The complex is spacious with a large lawn area, fish cleaning area, large clean laundry facilities and freezer space available. The unit is furnished with all the linens, towels, dishes, etc. that you will need for your stay. The condo is only a couple minute drive to Soldotna where you can find all the conveniences of town, but the condo is set on a property that also has a great wilderness atmosphere. Location, location, location! The complex has a family atmosphere with most owners staying for the entire summer. Second floor is an open loft and bedroom in the back. Wake up to nature all around you in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town. Have Coffee on the Porch while you plan your day. brGreat fishing in the area including King, Sockeye, and Silver Salmon, Rainbow Trout, and Dolly Vardens. Fishing is fairly steady from mid-June to late September depending on what you want to catch and what river you fish. The house site contain a fish processing shed with commercial vacuum sealer and a 10.5 cu.ft. freezer, large enough for everyone’s catch. brSoldotna is centrally located in the Kenai Peninsula. You will be located 5 mins from the Kenia River. 20 mins from the Kasilof River. You will be in close driving distances to Homer, Coopers Landing, Seward, Russian River, and Ninilchik River. All perfect places for fishing, site seeing, golfing and shopping. One of our favorite thing to do is in Kenia on the shores of the Cook Inlet when the tide is out rock hunting for Agates, and Geodes. There is something for everyone's tastes.
