Kenai Riverfront Cabin, Private Fishing Platforms & Processing Room

Soldotna, Alaska, United States

-CAM'S KENAI RIVERFRONT LODGES-brCAM’S Kenai Riverfront Lodges is a riverfront fishing lodge on the banks of the world-famous Kenai River. Our cabins are located 10 minutes from the town of Soldotna, offering you the convenience you desire and delivering the Alaska feeling you are looking for. There are 2 cabins and 1 apartment located on the property - this listing is for one cabin only (the Kodiak Cabin), so if the dates you are looking for are blocked off on the calendar please take a look at our other cabin (the Denali Cabin) and our apartment (Eagles Nest). We want to ensure our property is not overcrowded, so all 3 cabins will not be occupied at the same time. We have incredible bank fishing on our 131 feet of river access for a handful of different salmon species (Sockeye, King, Silver, and Pink), Rainbow Trout, and Dolly Varden. Our private fishing platforms are a short walk from both cabins. You can also put on your river boots and waders and step right into the river for that reel Alaskan experience.brbr-THE KODIAK CABIN (Cabin for this VRBO Listing)-brOur Kodiak Cabin is remarkably like the Denali Cabin. It features all the same amenities, it's just a few more steps away from the river. The cabin comfortably sleeps six to nine guests. On the main level there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed; a full hall bath; a master suite with a queen bed and private 3/4 bathroom; and a kitchen, living, and dining area with views of the river. There is also a washer and dryer inside the cabin on the main level. An outdoor grill is available on the cabin deck to cook up the day's fresh catch. One queen bed and three XL twin beds share a loft space upstairs with cozy sleeping alcoves set up with black out plaid curtains for privacy. Included in this area also is a 3/4 bath. brbr-CAM'S CORNER-brOur covered pavilion awaits you with inviting Adirondack chairs and a sizeable firepit. It provides a place to relax where you can take in sounds and views of the Kenai River and the Alaska landscape. In the evenings you can enjoy sitting around the campfire talking about your day’s limit or the biggest fish that just got away.brbr-PRIVATE PROCESSING / FREEZING ROOM-brOur property features a private processing and freezing room for guests in both cabins to use during their stay. Traditionally, you would have to go into Soldotna to have the processor package and freeze your bountiful catch. Here at CAM'S, you have everything you need to package and freeze your catch from platform and bank fishing, river trips, fly out trips, and ocean trips. After you clean and fillet your fish at the aluminum cleaning station, your fish is ready to be given that last good wash in the processing room and then packaged into bags we provide and vacuum sealed with our commercial vacuum sealer. Stand up freezers are located inside the room for your convenience and peace of mind. You still have the option to take your catch to the local processors.brbr-CONTACT US-brThank you for inquiring about CAM'S Kenai Riverfront Lodges. The acre grounds are lush with trees, bushes and flowers, all overlooking the Kenai River and Mountains. brbrYou cannot beat the Kenai Peninsula and River area for wildlife viewing as our Kenai River Soaring Eagle Lodge and Cabins is aptly named, with eagles commonly seen all along the river.
