You will find a large, open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom (we have a shower-no bath) and sleeping area. br For those who enjoy the outdoors we have a nice outdoor space for you to enjoy. This includes table & chairs if you want to sit out. * There is a queen, double, & sofa sleeper for beds. I’d say 3 sleep comfortably if two are doubling up on the queen bed. There is a daily fee of $25.00 for each additional guest over 2. We provide most all the comforts of home inside this cozy space. *Cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged IF rental is left a mess. br **Please note: Since this studio is a downstairs rental you will hear noise from above as it is our living space, mostly during the day.
