Harbor Heights Penthouse in Beautiful Downtown Sitka, Alaska

This place is gorgeous! And the location is amazing. We saw orcas in the harbor from our living room. And it was right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend if you have a big group going to Sitka!

Perfect location for navigating Sitka without a car, comfortable beds and incredible view.

Lots of room for a family gathering

This is a wonderful place to stay, especially for a larger group. We had 10 people total in 2 families, and it worked out great. This is our second time staying here during the past 3 years, and we would highly recommend it. The location is very central with the ability to walk to most places of interest in Sitka.

Stayed in Sitka 3 days before embarking on Inside Passage Cruise. Exceptional views directly across the street from harbor. Easy access to downtown Sitka restaurants and shops.Great time!!

Wonderful, spacious rental with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This property has tons of room and is within walking distance of everything you need. Taxi service is also available very easily. The property manager is very easy to work with and communicative. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The views from this accommodation are stunning! It was the perfect location for everything in Sitka. We did not need a car except for trips to hiking trail heads and the bear and raptor sanctuaries. Even those are within walking distance if you have the time. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living area are huge. The property manager was wonderful. She was so accommodating and prompt to anwer questions. Five stars for COURTNEY. The interior could use some updating. There was no soap for the showers, probably just an oversight. Would highly recommend.

We traveled to Sitka with three families to attend fine arts camp. The penthouse was perfect! The view was beautiful, the locations was so convenient and we absolutely loved the space it allowed us to cook and let the kids play! Additionally, Courtney was an excellent communicator and helped us with a smooth check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this for rental for anyone with a larger group!

My spouse and another couple stayed here for 2 nights before leaving for an Alaskan inner passage cruise. There originally was a third couple, but they had to cancel. That's why we booked such a large place, but we're glad we did. It's a short ride from the airport and right across the street from where our cruise picked up. We were right in the center of everything and walked everywhere we wanted to go in Sitka. But we could've stayed at the apartment all day and watched the bald eagles! They have multiple nests across the street so they were swooping and perching all day. What a wonderful welcome to Alaska! I had one complaint about the property and that was the faucets in the primary bathroom; they sprayed all over the place and got me and everything around wet while trying to wash my hands and/or my face. So you know the place is perfection if that's it.

This place has amazing views. Better than advertised. When we make it back here this is where we will be staying.

The place was beautiful. I was there on work otherwise I could not afford to stay there on my own. I wish I could come back on my own and stay a month or so!!! It was absolutely fantastic!
