Stayed Feb 1, 2026Shannon, the host was nothing less than INCREDIBLE. We renamed her SAINT SHANNON. The accommodations equally impressive. PERFECT in every aspect…condition and location. Very nicely furnished and appointed. Well equipped. Walkable to all points.We rate our stay 10 out of 5 stars!!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Our 2nd time here in this exact unit, hoping for a 3rd next summer. Extremely comfortable place to stay and great location. HIGHLY recommend it to all. Convenient location to walk to everything. Unit has everything you will need for your stay. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms fully stocked with plenty of towels. The 4th of July fireworks show was watched from the front porch. Peaceful and quiet location just watching the boats come and go and seaplanes. Hope to see you again next year...

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We love these suites! Their location and amenities are perfect for our family's annual fishing trips. Walkable to almost anywhere you want to go and the suite has all the comforts needed for a restful vacation. Can't wait to visit again next summer.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025We loved the location as far as, it being c lose to town center. Could walk everywhere. However the street the unit is on is a bit shady. Everything else was fantastic! Great space. Nice and open.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024I was in Sitka, with 2 of my sisters, to do all things Alaska Days and Indigenous Peoples Day! The great location allowed us to get to the festivities on foot. And the spaciousness gave us plenty of room to don our gowns for the Alaska Day Ball. The house was very clean and well appointed. Much appreciated!

Stayed Sep 6, 2024We stayed at the Katlian suite in Sitka. This place is wonderful! So beautiful & spacious. The place is so well stocked with kitchen items, spices they truly have thought of everything! From flashlights in case to ideas with things to do & restaurants. The whole town is pretty much walkable from there. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

Stayed May 8, 2024This property is super cute and clean and convenient and close to EVERYTHING. We already tried to book again but they are full from here until October so looking at next summer now. Quiet and close walking to everything. We walked to the grocery store and all of the tourist spots. comfortable sitting there watching the planes take off and just overall relaxing place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Owner stopped by one day, met in the alley, and she asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. That reminds me, have your ride drop you on the upper side, alley side, lugged my 50 lb suit case up those steps and then realized upper side is only 5 steps. See you again Sitka and HOPE we can stay here again. THANK YOU Shannon.
