This is an older building and sometimes the pipes rattle and gurgle when heating up. We consider this as part of that authentic Alaskan charm. This is not a bothersome sound but might help to know in advance. There may be noise from other guests as this townhome is part of a four-plex. We have a quiet time rule from 11pm -6am. PLEASE be considerate and abide by quiet hours and PLEASE let us know if others are not. (Anytime of night).brbrWe strive to keep our townhome sparkling clean. Please understand, this is an older building that does have wear and tear like older tubs, showers, cabinets, and some older appliances. The property is a ten minute drive from salmon fishing on the Swanson River and a half hour drive from the world famous Kenai River. It’s ten minutes or less away from other great attractions such as Captain Cook State Park/Beach; the Nikiski Pool, ice rink, and skateboard park; and many stocked lakes for trout fishing.brbrAMENITIESbrGrill your catch and have a dinner inside or outside at the covered patio. Inside, two bedrooms each sleep 2 and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps additional 2 guests. A full kitchen has settings for 6 persons and kitchen for cooking delicious meals, heating pizzas, or microwaving ready made meals. The house is furnished with a washer, dryer, extra freezer, binoculars, Bose Bluetooth speaker, satellite TV, DVD player, fire pit with outdoor chairs, row boat, paddle board and canoe.
