Board and card games are also provided.brbrThe Kitchen is huge and readily accommodates a number of cooks (or helpers). Two Refrigerators (one housed in the Laundry Room); an ice machine, which makes 35 pounds of ice per day; dishwasher; stove/oven and microwave are provided; as well as every imaginable small kitchen appliance. The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, mixing bowls, pots and pans and silverware.brbrThe round dining table comfortably seats 6; with seating for another 6 at the Kitchen island bar; and another 6 at the unique dolphin table. For outdoor dining, a teak table, that seats 8, is conveniently located on the Deck, right outside the Great Room door. A large gas griddle is a great place to cook up burgers, hotdogs, steaks or even pancakes! A charcoal grill is also provided, under the house, as well as a picnic table.brbrA large Master King Suite is conveniently located just steps away from the Great Room and has amazing views to the east and towards the beach. The Balcony is a great place to drink your morning coffee; or talk late into the night with family and friends. Fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding in the Little Lagoon Okay, that’s only 10 yards out the door. Swimming Try the pool to the back of the house. Quiet, peaceful relaxation Try awakening in your bed looking out to the gulf or sitting in your living room looking out on the peaceful Little Lagoon, or sitting on one of the three decks watching beautiful sunsets. This house has it all! Located 3.7 miles from the intersection of Hwy 59 at 1964 West Beach Blvd. facing the lagoon. You are close to the many great restaurants and shopping but yet in a very quiet part of Gulf Shores. brbrThis house has a view of the Gulf of Mexico from two of the bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has French doors leading out to a deck overlooking the pool and a view of the gulf. There are also great views of Little Lagoon from the kitchen, dining area and living room on the first floor and from the second floor. The greatest thing about this house is the location. It sits directly on Little Lagoon! You can sit on the grass in front of the house, in a chair under the house, or on either of the two decks on the 1st and 2nd levels and watch the boats go by, watch the various birds catching fish, or just enjoy looking at the water. Little Lagoon is a 10-mile long body of salt water where you can fish (spotted trout, redfish, flounder, croakers, stingrays and many other fish call the Lagoon home) and crab day and night. Of course, you can clean your fish at the fish cleaning station at the pier, which goes out into the Little Lagoon. The kids will also enjoy the shared swimming pool. There is also a small beach area right on the lagoon that is great for the kids if the ocean waves are a bit rough. Have your own boat Launch it using our boat ramp. This is not a condo but rather a townhouse. You only have one neighbor. Very hard to find a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with a gulf view, sitting directly on Little Lagoon, with fishing in the Lagoon and gulf, a swimming pool and in a quiet area of Gulf Shores! Enjoy biking You can enjoy the bike-friendly road equipped with bike lanes that lead directly to the Hangout in the heart of Gulf Shores. If you enjoy deep sea, or bay fishing, it is available just down the road at Zeke's Landing.brbrThis home features 3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds plus bunk beds (with a full sized mattress on the bottom) in the upstairs bedroom. There are also 3 full baths, each connected to a bedroom. Two bedrooms and two baths are upstairs and one has an incredible view of the Lagoon and has sliding glass doors onto a large deck, while the other has an ocean and pool view from the window. During Spring Break rentals, our street only allows family rentals, no groups! Beach Life Beach House is located on a great street with private beach access street in the Fort Morgan area. The house has (4) bedrooms and (3) baths and (3) great porches with gulf views. My beach house is great for large families who want to enjoy the beach. All the (4) bedrooms have VIZIO Smart TV's. The living area includes a large 60 VIZIO Smart TV. The house has STAR LINK high speed wireless internet service. The spacious kitchen has all the amenities of home and a great bar for informal dining. There is also a dining area located off the living room that is great for dining and board games.brbrThe outdoor deck area includes charcoal grill, eating area and fire pit. Outdoor lighting for night use. Beach cart, beach toys, crab traps for the pier use.brbrThe Swimming pool is directly across the street which makes is very convenient for the kids and parents. The Dauphin Island Ferry is just one mile that runs every 45 minutes. The Gulf Shores Yacht Club & Marina is less than a mile from the house with boat, jet ski and bike rentals.
