We have a picnic table for dining as well as additional seating, hammock and a charcoal grill underneath the house. This is where many folks spend most of their time. It is absolute heaven.brbrWe have a large charcoal grill. Guests are responsible for bringing all of their BBQ supplies. Please pull the grill out from under the house before grilling. We also request that you replace back inside the storage area once cool to prevent rust and corrosion. brbrUnderneath the house you will find the laundry/bathroom combo and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is nothing better than showering under the stars. Please always use the outdoor shower prior to or in lieu of showering indoors after the beach. The sand is hard on our pipes. Our hope is that you enjoy our little slice of paradise as much as we do while making memories with your friends and family that last a lifetime!brbr☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into Novemberbr☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.br☀ Primary renter must be age 25 or older to book per HOA requirements
