The 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds that are both twin beds over full beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds. The loft features a queen bed, bean bag chairs and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a sink and a stunning glass tiled shower. There is a large main bathroom with tub/shower combo. A pack n play with sheets has been provided for your convenience. There is a spacious laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer. brThe home includes a farmhouse dining table that can seat 10+. The main bar seats 5 and the smaller bar will seat 3-4. This home is only available for rental to families. It is a treasured family home located on eight acres of wooded property wandering up to a spectacular 300 feet of sandy beach on Arnica Bay. This is our second home and has been in the family for more than 40+ years. We are pleased to share it with other families. Families will enjoy quiet quality time spotting deer, dolphins, herons, pelicans, ospreys and bald eagles that live all around the property. Overhanging live oaks provide shade for chilling out on the beach. The 300 ft private beach has a clean sandy bottom with a gradual slope, perfect for swimmers of all ages.
