Waterfront Villa with Boathouse in Alexandria Bay

Plenty of room in the condo. Very well taken care of. Parking was the only issue. Parking lot didn't leave a lot of room for turning big truck around in.

Location was great, clear instructions. Keyless entry which means we didn't need to wait for anyone to show up and let us in. Very nice place, what I was hoping for and it was what we got.

Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Traveled here from 3 hours away and brought our new pontoon boat. Loved having a boathouse under our condo. It was so convenient., We will recommend this spot to our friends.

VERY Nice Unit. Well appointed! A little creepy with webcam on the balcony, not gonna lie! The web cam at the dock I completely agree with.

The owner was very helpful and responsive. My only complaint is that the upstairs shower head doesn’t adjust for shorter people and is pressed against the wall. Overall, it was very clean and pretty much everything we needed was there (minus a coffee pot, but we left ours there for other guests to utilize).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Villa. It was close to everything and the place was clean, organized and very comfortable for the 4 of us.

This property has everything you need for a lovely vacation and is cool, clean, and modern on top of it! I only wish we were staying longer! Truly great accommodations in a spectacular location.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. The property is very neat and clean. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. Town is just a few blocks away but this place is tucked away and it is very quiet at the property. The blackstone grill is great, beds were comfortable and it was nice not having to pack towels and linens. This was a fishing trip for my family. Having a boathouse to keep our boat was the best. It rained a LOT during out trip but when we were not fishing in the rain, we were able to keep the boat out of the elements. The location on the river is also very close to great fishing spots and sights on the river. I can't say enough about this place and how happy we are staying here.

These condos are tucked away in Carnegie Bay, you'd hardly know they were there. Everything was as advertised. The kids loved the books and games that were in the loft bedroom. It was nice to be so close to A-bay. Our experience with Carnegie Bay Marina was also great.

First I want to say that I have never stayed in a place where the owner responded to my messages immediately. Communication was great. This property was spotless and very well stocked. Having towels and linens on the property for us to use was a great plus. The Blackstone grill was clean and we love cooking on our Blackstone at home so this was convenient. The property location is perfect. It is close to town, stores and restaurants. We loved the boathouse. You can keep your boat indoors and out of the elements and you don't have to lock up and cover your boat between outings. We came here on a fishing trip and the fishing was great. You can get to the Lake of the Isles in about 10 minutes on the water from this property. There is a boat launch directly across from the property with very reasonable launch and trailer parking prices. We would definitely stay here again. I can't way enough about how much we loved this property and our stay here.
