Villa Topaze - An Astonishing view on Orient Bay

This is an awesome property perfect for 3 couples. We had plenty of space, great bedrooms and an awesome host. Alex is the best! It was clean and had everything we needed. Outstanding.

We have stayed in numerous VRBOs and this is by far the best place we have ever stepped foot in. The owner is friendly and professional and the villa is breathtakingly gorgeous. Every thing about this place was perfect. From the location and ambience to the magnificent furnishings—— all fantastic. We enjoyed having coffee each day with this view. We hope to come back again when we can!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and views are wonderful. Very short distance to a lot of great restaurants. The host was great. He met us at check in and stopped by before we left.

I stay in the Villa Topaz was remarkable! The setting is absolutely stunning, the furnishings sublime… We felt like we were on a movie set! Everything we needed was there, and the location within walking to the village of Orient Bay made it one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had!

A great property with an outstanding view of Orient Bay. The villa is very comfortable for 6 people. The location is perfect and close to everything. Alex, the owner, is very responsive to any needs you may have. Going back next year!

Hi: We agree that all the previous reviews were right on. Stayed 2 weeks, January 2025 4 people. However, as annual Caribbean travelers, we have some suggestions. Add to Villa descirption Highlight 2 levels, 18 stairs to lower level to bedroom,bath,gym & washer/dryer. Need hand rail, when caring luggage,clothes,etc. Upper level has kitchen,toliot,living room,2 bedrooms & pool. Every room requires going up or down 3 to 6 steps.Add gap bars. Only 1 TV, terrible for 4 - 6 people. Add more TV's. TV & internet not reliable, cable goes off every 10 minutes, need to start over. Bedrooms need small readng lights. Pool could be heated. , Driveway is steep, need AWD or SUV. Villa needs above issues, for the price.

This place was absolutely amazing. Alex was a great host and the pictures do not even capture the beauty of this place. If we ever come back we will for sure stay here again!

This Villa was amazing. The pictures look breathtaking on the listing, but they still don’t do it justice once you have the opportunity to see it in person. The place was very clean. The AC worked great in every room. The pool was perfect. We had no issues with insects at the pool, didn’t even need bug spray. The location is perfectly located in a gated community directly across the street front Orient Bay where you have access to several restaurants, shops, and arguably the nicest beach on the island. There is another large shopping center approximately five minutes away. We did not experience any issues or loss of utilities. Alex was available if we needed him, but the house had everything we needed so we didn’t have to reach out to him. Check-in was very easy, which is important after a long flight. Alex was a perfect host. You actually get cleaning services during your stay which we didn’t realize until we were there. Alex was also gracious enough to extend or trip by one day at no additional charge because we arrived one day late due to an issue with my one year old son’s passport. This is the perfect property for your stay, look no further.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It's absolutely beautiful with breath taking views.
