Spacious villa with great views and 5mins from beach. We will definitely want to stay there again if we return to St Martin. Marion was helpful and responsive to any requests/issues.

Great Stay !! Lots of room for 6 adults Kitchen was well equipped Poolside was relaxing & fun 5 minute walk to a great beach Supplies & restaurants within 10 mins drive Host is attentive & available Great memories made !!

The property is fantastic and Marion is a great host. I've stayed in other properties on the island (mostly the Dutch side) and this one is as good or better than any that we've stayed in. While the location is away from major parts of town it is awesome - right at the beach and easily accessible by car to quickly get you anywhere that you'd like to go. We had one minor issue with ants but that was quickly resolved. Thank you Marion for sharing your property with my us.
