Villa Allamanda sublime view, heated jacuzzi

The service was great, the location was wonderful, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Excellent holiday house. Great outdoor entertaining area and swimming pool. Easy walk to Orient Beach. Would definitely stay again and have told our friends about the villa! Thanks to Domonique for taking good care of us!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is beautiful and the view is remarkable. We traveled with our teenage sons and my sister and her partner. There was plenty of space and we liked the house setup. The outdoor area is fantastic and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The proximity/walkability to the beach and restaurants were fantastic. Dominque was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. We fully recommend staying here! It was a wonderful vacation!

Host and house manager were very responsive and easy to contact. Showed up with any concerns or questions. Orient Bay is the best place to stay with families, quaint and quiet, laid back and family friendly with easy access to necessities like the food market and beach. The pool and open kitchen were my personal favorites. Would stay here again no questions asked. No complaints at all.

We loved SXM and Villa allamanda was perfect spot Walk to town - 7 min or 2 min drive to beach area with amazing restaurants 20 min to anse Marcel where we enjoyed the beach club and where marina located - we did 2 separate boat trips Villa had plenty of space and beautiful views. We did not cook but it was fully stocked. We used all 4 bedrooms and all were just like pictures. Ac worked well. Dominique & Gilles on site managers were great. We have travelled all over Caribbean and SXM restaurants the absolute best -

We loved staying at this villa!! The check in process went great. The host communicated with us leading up to the trip so there was no confusion when we arrived. The house itself is beautiful. The rooms stay very cool and the main living area has a wonderful breeze in the morning and evening. The groundskeeper Dominque was super helpful. We really have no complaints at all. I do want to mention that we were traveling with my two small children so I was super anxious about the pool. The gates leading down to the pool are extremely secure. The jacuzzi was perfect for both the adults and children after a long day at the beach!! If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation with 8 adults and two toddlers. Hosts were easily accessible and very accommodating. Dominique went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. View is amazing. We spent all of our time on the back terrace and pool area when we were at the house.

this beautifully located villa with a nice view, had everything we needed: large bedrooms each with own fully equiped bathroom. Lots of very pleasant indoor and outdoor space and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Beach, restaurants and small supermarket at walking distance (10 minutes).The caretaker was very helpful!All the ingredients for a perfect holiday.

This villa was absolutely perfect. The location is very convient whether you are headed to the beach or to the super market. The pool is so much fun.! All the rooms are very comfortable. We will be staying here again.! Dominque was a great host and was really helpful!

This was our second stay at Villa Allamanda and it was fabulous.The property was spacious for the 6 of us - mixture of kids and adults. Big bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, nice indoor/outdoor space. It's not a new property, but instead has a wonderful European/west indies feel.The pool and jacuzzi are lovely. The pool is quite deep, which was great for canon balls off the ledge :) Would require more supervision for smaller children.The location is perfect. It's closer enough (0.3 miles) to walk down to Orient Bay where there are restaurants, beautiful beach and beach clubs, grocery and other small shops. It's quaint and while there are a good number of tourists, it's decidely less commercial than the Dutch side or even other areas on the French side. The beach is well maintained and the water is beautiful with minimal seaweed.Bottom line - we love this place and can't wait to come again.

We LOVED this property. The entire family used the pool area multiple times a day. Orient beach was a wonderful spot to visit.

August 3-10, 2024. This villa was great. The outdoor space is amazing. The pool and hot tub are the best we have experienced in the Orient Village(5 different properties so far). The bedrooms are very nice and spacious. Communication from the owner was accurate and timely. The only downside was adjusting to no air conditioning in the main house area. By opening the doors a nice breeze kept the area manageable. The bedrooms all have a/c so no problem sleeping. All in all, i would definitely stay at Villa Allamanda again

Our stay at Villa Allamanda was glorious. Our family of seven checked in with Dominique and he was available whenever we needed him. Always greeting us with a smile and pleasant disposition. The location is perfectly located at Orient Bay. The beach club is great and plenty of restaurants to visit during our stay. We hope to definitely stay here again next year!

This property is beautiful!!! It is just a slice of heaven. We went to St. Martin in July, and it was hot/humid!! We were so thankful that our bedrooms had AC and it was not unusual for one of the 8 persons in our party to be hiding in our room to soak in the AC. Dominique, the caretaker, was kind and welcoming. We did not have the proper plugs so he was trying to accommodate all of us with the converters. He said that prior guests had removed the plugs that were there for their use so he pulled from his personal stock. I would suggest that each bedroom had what one would need and that they would be a big strip of plugs (including American option). Dominique also kept us in regular supply of bug spray and would kindly turn on the hot tub heater for the evenings. It is surprising that we would need the heater since it was so warm. But at night the water would feel very cool so the hot tub was lovely. I would give 5 stars if there were more vigorous fans in the living room and fans on the porch. They have fans in the living room but they are high on the ceiling and help some with cooling but they should be stronger to create more air flow. There are no fans on the porch. So when you are sitting out, enjoying the view, you just wish for some airflow and to control for mosquitos. Once again, this property is just amazing. I would love to feel the difference to travel here in January versus July!!

The property was stunning, the view breathtaking, and the pool was incredible. Having Dominique, the property manager, around was extremely beneficial!
