Ideally located chalet on a quiet street only 300 meters from the gondola ski lift offering a little escape from the everyday, which was exactly our goal in creating a relaxing space for our guests.

Stayed Mar 5, 2018Great place for a ski group of 10 or even more. The place is really spacious and fun, and the hosts extremely kind. It's a short walk to the gondola base station, and overall was just an ideal stay. The place has a sauna, which is a bonus. Each of the 5 rooms en suite. Couldn't ask for more.

Stayed Feb 17, 2018We had a brilliant holiday staying in Villa Kaja! There was 8 of us & we all had the privacy of our own rooms & bathrooms with a great hub for getting together at night with everyone & facilities for making great meals! The heating was timed perfectly as my kids said it was so cosy! It was the perfect Home from Home! I would recommend Villa Kaja to any groups going to Bansko!!! The landlord was very helpful with any queries we had & couldn't of done more for us! Thank you from lynda family & friends
