Stayed Dec 27, 2025The property was exceptionally clean and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We loved enjoying the romantic night sky and stars of Bansko through the glass ceiling windows. The heating and water pressure were perfect, all amenities were well provided, and the spa facilities were easy to use. The place was very family-friendly and comfortable for our stay with two children. The host was extremely kind and helpful, sharing useful information throughout our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!
