Luxurious 5* 2 bedroom apartment situated 100m from the ski lifts

A nice apartment with nice lounge and bedrooms, nicely furnished with reasonable storage space. Located around 5 minutes walk to the gondola and restaurants Kitchen was quite well equipped for our needs with fridge freezer, hob, oven and microwave The shower room is quite compact and could do with a refurb but is ok

Lovely apartment 2 minutes from Gondola . We slept 5 adults in it comfortably .i would recommend booking , we will be coming back .

very comfortable, well equipped apartment, close enough to the gondola. All basic facilities available in the kitchinette. Recommended for a family with 1-2 children. Climate/temperature in the apartment was fine. Pool and jacuzzi in the basement is a plus. Tought tired after a day of ski, children enjoyed it very much

The noise from the apartment above was terrible. We could hear their conversations and using the toilet. They kept us awake until 5am on one night and 3am on another! Kristina was great and did help alleviate the noise for us. The apartment was spacious, had a great layout and was clean but basic. The cooking essentials were very limited. The shower issue was resolved quickly by staff.

Myself and 3 friend enjoyed a lovely week in Bansko, we stayed at this apartment in the Predala building. The apartment was light, spacious and airy - with plenty of room for the whole group (even with an abudance of Ski Clothing!), the rooms are a very good size and the whole apartment is well equiped and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The buliding has a lovely spa area, with a decent size pool, sauna and large Jacuzzi Hot tub - perfect to rest those muscles after a day on the slopes! If you are looking for self catering accomodation in Bankso, I would not look further than this apartment!

Apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, in a great location and very spacious with all amenities described. Pool & spa clean and nice to come back to after a day's skiing. Liason with the owner before the holiday was great, with any questions we had being answered promptly. Fire in the apartment, and being left wood to burn, was a really nice touch. Only criticism is that it was a battle to get our deposit back at the end of our stay (or should I say, it was a battle to get anyone to come and check the apartment - once someone had, out deposit was returned promptly), despite leaving the apartment clean and tidy as requested. A mixture of the language barrier, unhelpful and rude reception staff (not all, some were incredibly helpful) and different people on reception giving incorrect information sadly meant a stressful last day/night. Other than that, apartment was great and we would still recommend.

Really great Apartment for me and my friends.Very close to Gondola ,shops and restaurants near by. Also very clean. This apartment is PERFECT!

I stayed there from 03-01-2011 till 09-01-2011 and it was realy good!! Everything is as it is wroten in the details and as it looks in the photos. Very worm and very luxurious!! And the people there are very helpfoul and pleasant!! The only wrong the apartment had was that there weren't ANYONE to come and give us new sheets and towels!!We stayed there 6days and a change in these things WAS NEEDED!!! And from the office in Bansko that will give you the keys you are told from the begging that you MUST left it as you found it..CLEAN!!everything must be cleaned!!EVEN the glasses or plates and spoons!!And if not you would get a 50levs charge!!!

I first stayed in this property in 2009 and returned again in 2010. It really does provide the perfect base for a Bansko skiing holiday. The apartment is located just a short 2-3 minute walk from the gondola lift, as well being extremely well located for the excellent Mexana restaurants and the bars in the main Bansko town. For the more adventurous, Bansko old town is just a short stroll further on. The Bansko resort provides a really good range of pistes for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. Our group consisted of a mix across the three categories and we all found plenty of slopes to challenge us. The apartment itself is really well kept, with all the necessary mod-cons, including TV and DVD player. It comfortably accommodated the 6 adults in our group. The pool wasn't open the first year I visited and so proved an additional welcome suprise when I returned earlier this year. Renting the apartment proved hassle-free and I am already planning my trip for 2011!
