This unique and newer 3 story European inspired residence offers you 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread over 3 floors(NOTE: There is NO elevator, so if you have difficulty in walking stairs this property would not be suitable. One bedroom is on the 2nd (middle) floor and the other bedroom is on the top (3rd) floor). . SLEEPS 4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.

On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, table & chairs, 55 flat screen Smart TV and FULL bathroom. (Be sure to bring your own login and passwords to access Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc)

The middle floor offers a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast nook on one side and a large bedroom with queen bed, private 1/2 bath and seasonal fireplace (available only Nov-Mar) on the other side.

On top floor is the main bedroom suite with NEW King bed, NEW 50 Smart TV, and a lovely bathroom with double sinks, separate toilet room, a large stall shower and an oversized bathtub. (The jacuzzi jets are not working).

NOTE* The fireplace pictured in the top floor bedroom is not operable. Only the 2nd bedroom on the middle floor has an operable seasonal fireplace).

There are ROOM HEATING & AIR CONDITIONERS in both bedrooms and also in the ground floor living area. (Set on HEAT Mode Nov-April and on AIR Mode May-October).

4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. Also NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. There is no sofa bed, so with 4 guests 2 people will be sharing each queen bed.

* MINIMUM age of 24 years for young adults renting on their own. Also, we do not feel our 3 story property is suitable for infants and toddlers. Children age 5 and older are welcome.*

On the 2nd and 3rd floor landings are French doors that open against balcony pillars to provide sunlight, fresh air and partial views. (These are 'Juliet' balconies; not step out balconies).

Out in front we have a large flagstone patio with table and chairs, BBQ and our own 4 hole PUTTING GREEN that provides hours of fun for young and old alike!

This lovely property is located on 'the flats' at 357 Clemente Avenue; corner of Tremont. It is 3 blocks from the waterfront and within 5-7 minutes walk to the golf course, miniature golf, shops, restaurants, bars, the beaches and all the various sightseeing tours available. It is away from the noise of the bars, but it's still right in the mix of things as you can sit and watch golf carts and people walk by. (Rental golf carts only run from about 9:30-6:00). It is also an easy fairly level 12 minute walk from the boat terminal; however with luggage you might prefer to take a taxi (cost @$18).

NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Young adults on their own must be 24 years old. INFANTS & TODDLERS: This property is 3 stories with hardwood floors and stairs, with parents sleeping on the top floor and any children sleeping separately in the middle floor bedroom. Therefore, we do NOT feel this property is suitable for infants and toddlers. CHILDREN AGE 5 AND OLDER ARE WELCOME.
**Any golf cart you might see is NOT included in your rental and is NOT available to rent. They are available for rent by the waterfront for @$60/hr.

    The property was very clean - beds comfy. There were a lot of stairs which was fine for us but if you have mobility issues could have been a problem. the kitchen was well stocked and the owner very responsive.Would stay again

    We recently stayed at this beautiful 3-story villa in Avalon, and it was amazing! The place was exactly as described—super spacious, modern, and well-kept. There were two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which gave us plenty of room, and the beds were super comfy. The extra half-bath was a nice bonus too. The location was perfect! We were just a short walk to Avalon Pier, shops, and restaurants, and we didn’t even need a car. The villa was spotless when we got there, and it had everything we needed—WiFi, air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, and a smart TV for relaxing in the evenings. The host was great and super easy to communicate with, so everything went smoothly. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a comfortable, stylish place to stay on Catalina Island!

    Communication and check-in were clear and easy. Very comfortable and loved the decor. Saw Mama and baby deer while having coffee and breakfast on the patio. Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay with our daughter and son-in-law so much. Would definitely stay there again!

    The accommodations are very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms worked perfectly. The beds were firm and very comfortable. We had a great mini vacation staying there. The only 2 downsides are it gets a little noisy with the golf carts driving by but with the windows closed the noise is greatly reduced. Also it is pretty bright at night due to the location of the nearby streetlights.. I would still give this place a solid recommendation!

    Randy's home is well-loved and well-maintained. The location was easily walkable, but far enough to provide peace and quiet at night. Don't hesitate with this one. We had a fantastic stay.
