Sunshine☀️House, with private water entry and high-speed Internet.

Sunshine house was perfect; it had everything one could need. Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay. It literally is a sunshine house as you can see the sunrise from one side of the deck and track its progress across the sky to the other side of the deck. Every room had its own fans and air conditioning that made life perfect. 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, lots of closet space…what more could you ask. The house is about a 3-minute drive to a wonderful grocery store that has everything one could need and the fully equipped kitchen made things very economical. Rainbow beach (another 3-minute drive) was our favorite beach on the island. Everything was so perfect we never needed to contact Jennifer. Perfect for a family of 4-6.

Wonderful waterfront home, close to beach, good location for exploring the North and South regions of the Island. Communicating with the host was quick and friendly. A perfectly relaxing vacation!!

Jennifer is one of the most communicative hosts. She answered many questions we had. The villa is beautiful. We could not enjoy swimming off the property because the waves were too strong, but Rainbow Bay Beach is close by! Had a great time despite our travel delays arriving.

Staying at this beach house was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful sound of the waves and the fresh ocean breeze created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The house itself is nicely decorated.One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view. Large windows and a spacious deck allowed us to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets right from the house. Whether we were sipping morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with the sound of the ocean in the background, the setting felt truly magical.Inside, the house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking, while the living area was cozy.The location was another major advantage. Rainbow Beach was very close, making it easy to go for a swim and snorkeling. I saw lots of fish on each side of the beach.Overall, this beach house offered the perfect balance of beauty, comfort, and tranquility. It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the simple pleasure of looking at the ocean.Communication with the owner was excellent.I will go back for sure.

Great house with wonderful views. A lot of space to relax and recharge. Just minutes from the beach. He had a great time.

2 houses, 11 people, 1 week, it was a blast.

The place was nice but the air conditioner in the kitchen didn't work. The coffee maker was broken, had to buy a nice one. But over all it was really nice.

Beautiful property, stunning sunrises/sunsets

The home and local Rainbow Bay Beach area were great. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach and views. The downside was not much choice for food/grocery/restaurants nearby. Most restaurants in the vicinity were closed, closed on Mondays or closed at 5-6pm. Grocery stores were poorly stocked and expensive, and restaurants always ran out of menu items. I cannot stress enough and recommend that you pack a checked bag (or two) of prepackaged food, such as frozen meat, coffee, snacks etc. Even paying $50 to check a bag will save you $$ in the long run. The A/C in main living room froze up on day two and did not cool properly and the tv did not work/no service.

Beautiful house and location. Central to the island and convenient to most beaches. We will definitely try to come back.

Everything we needed to have a great stay! Such a beautiful island! So much fun sharing the wonders of Eleuthera with the 2 members of our group who had never visited. Thank you for an incredible house to make it all perfect! We made so many priceless memories on our trip…
