Beautiful property!

Beautiful vistas, perfect accommodations for 9 family members ranging in age from 3 to 70s. Always something to do/explore. All support staff very helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at Neptune Cove. My wife and I and our three adult children had plenty of room and everything we needed. Swimming in the sea was a highlight, and most days we did not leave the house. Two lunch spot restaurants and a grocery/liquor store in James Cistern made cooking and eating convenient. Pool was a little chilly, but felt great in the afternoon.

The property is perfectly laid out to give everyone space, but also allow everyone to come together for meals, time in the pool, watching sea turtles swim in the ocean from the gazebo. Special shout-out to Captain Jay who was a great help and great entertainment. A note that Brenda is no longer available to cook meals for guests even though the rental materials say she does. We contacted her and she said, I don't do that anymore. I keep telling the owners to update the listing information!Overall, I would highly recommend and come back to Neptune Cove again!

The kids had a blast jumping off the cliff in the back. WiFi strong in the main house, and we had everything we could ask for. Everyone we met was super friendly and willing to help at a moments notice- we are so thankful for the hospitality!

Generator kicked in automatically when power went out. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, toilette paper, towels. No problem getting AC to desired temp. Furniture clean and in good condition.

Breathtaking views, private oasis, spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen, abundance of outdoor seating, great beachfront restaurant/bar nearby, exceptional communication from property manager and owner.

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the property is, it's breathtaking. I think the gazebo room is also larger than shown. There is plenty of space to stretch out. The snorkeling behind the house is great, go down to the large rocks towards the North, bring your gear! We saw sea turtles daily. Rainbow bay beach is nearby and sandy with easier access than behind the house with the ladder. Get your groceries near the Eleuthera airport, it's 40 minutes away but well worth the drive as the local places are poorly stocked and very pricey. We had no trouble with water or power since the home has a generator. The home is generally well outfitted, but it's time for an inventory as there were very few glasses and almost none that were plastic for by the pool. A regular cookie sheet and some plastic cups would have made life slightly easier but we weren't complaining with that view. There were infinite plates, coffee cups, and towels. We found even plenty of the basics and did not have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, or even shampoo as it seems they helpfully leave large bottles prior guests bought. If you're picky about perfectly clean, it was clean, but not to a hotel or US VRBO standard I would say. We loved it and would definitely stay again if we made it back to Eleuthera!

The location was perfect for venturing to a number of beautiful beaches and sites to the North (Gaulding Cay / Queens Bath - 20 minutes and Sapphire Blue Hole / Preachers Cave Beach - 40 minutes) and to the South (Twin Cove / French Leave Beach / Governors Harbour - 30 minutes and Ten Bay - 40 minutes) with Rainbow Beach and Hidden Beach just a couple minutes away. The layout of the villa is perfect for a large group and the views are amazing! We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right along the cliff and the pool offered a great spot to cool off and gather. The staff was friendly (like all the people we met on Eleuthera) and kept everything in good shape while respecting our privacy. We had a lot of fun at the Friday night fish fry and a great dinner at the Rainbow Bay Inn Restaurant. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away from it all!

It was very comfortable for a large group with many outdoor areas for congregating or privacy. The Caribbean access here is so fun. The property was well appointed with all we needed. The nearby beaches and points of interest are easily accessible by short car trips. The small nearby store is well stocked for light needs. The larger stores about an hour away are needed for a good stock of foods upon initial arrival. No fault of the location but the NoSeeUms are no joke. Prepare with baby oil and bug spray to ward them off. A nice wind is a welcomed gift. The property was as described and the owner communicated well, answering all questions quickly.
