Sunny Villa Ilios over Mikros Gialos near Sivota

Wonderful view from villa with very nice pool and well appointed and comfortable property.We had a very hot week so spent a lot of time in pool or seeking shade on beaches.The local cat was very cute and friendly and needs looking after.Loads of restaurants and tavernas within ten minute drive.Have to drive everywhere as near coastal road but roads not busy and sivota,Demi and Nydri are within ten minutes drive. Island hopping boat tours from nydri a must but I would avoid the big boats as too busy. Island is surprisingly green and beautiful, beaches are busy.

The photos in this listing do not do this villa justice. It’s much larger than the photos suggest and the outside areas are far more extensive than the photos suggest. There were several areas of three different levels where you could sit and enjoy the view and sun yourself or sit in the shade depending on the time of day. As you approach the villa the gates have a sign ‘Porto Porto’s executive villas’. And it’s not wrong. This is an executive villa with stunning views, maid service twice a week- who cleans, changes the bedding, removes the refuse etc. The villa looks down to a tiny harbour village where a couple of gorgeous restaurants sit with lovely views of the sea (tip: Tavern Zolithros is soo well worth going to) . I cannot recommend this villa enough.

The villa, the location and the island are just perfect!Plenty of spa space in the villa. It’s exactly like the pictures. Central location, easy to go to beaches and ports. The island!? I have never seen such blue and clear water. We did not want to leave. Hosts met us and came to say goodbye, lovely people

Magnificent views with 3 outstanding well furnished outside areas. Vasillis was responsive and helpful. Sivota is one of the most charming little villages and the restaurants were great. Highly recommend Sivota Bakery and Vibes

fantastic view! absolute tranquility! What we really needed to regenerate. The villa is very beautiful and I found all the comforts. we stayed with family but I would also return with friends. Magical!!

The villa is beautifully presented, with everything my husband and I needed for a quiet week away. This was our first visit to Lefkada and it is a lovely island. The villa is set on the hillside with an amazing view from all rooms. It is set on several different levels with plenty of space to relax in different areas. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage space, comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, and everywhere was clean, with all our towels and bed linen changed during the week. There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. The pool is wonderful and a reasonable size, but it is deep at one end (1.9m). The photos show the property exactly as it is. Communication with Vassilis was easy and he was very helpful with recommendations of local places to eat and quick to respond to any queries we had regarding the property during our stay. He was there to welcome us on arrival and available on WhatsApp at any time. Due to the location of the villa, you do need a car to get around but local beaches, towns and restaurants/tavernas are only a short drive away. The supermarket (open 7 days a week) is 5 mins away. The driveway up to the villa is quite steep at the start but easy enough to access and there is parking for 2 cars. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to stay again one day.
