Stylish villa with private pool / mountain & river views

We had another lovely stay in this villa our first visit was back in 2018 - Carmen with the support of filomena is a great host and endeavours to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Good facilities in a great location with easy access to village and all is wonderful restaurants.

We had the most fabulous week at Casa Da Oliveira. Carmen is the most generous and attentive host and we felt truly at home whilst we were there. It's the perfect place for relaxation and time spent with family. Also plenty of space if you need to get away from each other! We spent a lot of time, relaxing around the pool and also enjoyed the short journeys to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Thank you so much Carmen!

We had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful villa with a lovely traditional style, beautiful views and a great outdoor pool/patio with a nice mix of shaded and sunny spots. Great location just outside of Alvor town, roughly 5 min walk to the supermarket and another 10 mins into the centre of Alvor where you have an amazing selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. Carmen is a great host and housekeeper Filomena comes by a couple of times a week and was a great help. The villa is truly stunning and suited all of our needs. We will definitely be recommending this accommodation to friends and family. Thank you!

This villa was beautiful! It had old world charm, a wonderful swimming pool with sun and shade options, and a view of the river and surrounding valley. It was close to downtown, a grocery store, and a great restaurant. Our hostess was informative, pleasant, and attentive. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us, Carmen. Just returned from an extremely relaxing holiday in this villa - it was even better than the pictures.Carmen was great about communicating all the information we needed and Filomena was very attentive at checking on us while we were there. We felt well looked after as guests.We loved the spacious living area and bedrooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area was perfect for enjoying the sun - we didn't really feel the need to move from there too much!The location of the villa is perfect - it is only a 5 minute walk from a good supermarket where you can get everything you need and a 15 - 20 minute walk into Alvor. The property is stunning, and was just perfect for me and my family. its in a lovely residential area, which was just so peaceful and relaxing, and the pool area was wonderful. Any questions we had was answered straight away, we were made to feel very comfortable in what can be described as a beautiful family. Thank you xx home

Just returned from 2 weeks family holiday. Beautiful villa with traditional ceiling in the lounge. The villa is maintained exceptionally well, cleaned 3 times per week, pool cleaned weekly. The pool was so relaxing with the July/August weather, with plenty of seating area to watch the sky divers, or relax in the sunshine. The villa is about 3 minutes walking from local restaurant, 6 minutes to supermarket and about 12 minutes to Alvor. So many restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely place to stay. Missing Alvor already. Personally we missed having air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, but fans are available to rent if required.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen’s villa. The check in process was smooth and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool area aswell as the back garden. There is loads of space to spread out if you are a larger group. It was good to have the housekeeper popping in for linen and towel changes and she also did some washing for us. We hired a car and felt this was useful for supermarket runs and visiting the local area but it isn’t essential.

To summarize, we had a perfect and lovely time in this villa and surrounding. Thx a lot!!!!
