For the more energetic there’s golf, horseback riding, water sports and a wide selection of excursions (land and sea, all available within 100 metres of Casa Clare).brbrSteps immediately outside Casa Clare on Rua dos Pescadores lead down to the main restaurant area / marina. Alvor boasts over 100 restaurants, most of which are an easy stroll from the house.brbrOur fully equipped kitchen will make home cooking a pleasure and should the weather warrant it, the dining suite in the living room provides for comfortable eating indoorsbrbrThe living room boasts two large Italian sofas with matching foot stools. The entertainment unit housing a 50” smart TV with Netflix, books and games and a stand-alone wood burning stove creates a cosy homely feel on the rare cool day or chilly night. The penthouse was totally renovated and tastefully redesigned in 2016. Everything feels fresh, sparkling and brand new. The furniture is luxurious and has stylish designs. The feeling of the penthouse is one of modern comfort. Decorative patterns in some tiles and textiles of the Portuguese Discovery Age during the 15th and 16th century make reference to its world-famous navigators. The ocean view from this penthouse is spectacular! One can enjoy ocean views every minute of the day, from every room and every part of the terraces. Big windows and sliding doors leading to the terraces give you the views as far as your eyes allow you to see.brbr In front of the house you will see green fruit trees and cypress all the way (500 meters) down to the famous and picturesque Praia Tres Irmaos and Alvor beaches.
