The apartment has free parking in the condominium subject to availability.


>The apartment is located in the Prainha Tourist Resort, on the 2nd floor without a lift, located next to the sea, extending over 35 ha on the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Praia dos Três Irmãos, with small sets of apartments and villas, between gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive pedestrian access. This is the ideal location for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

Located at the top of the cliff, with an incredible view over the ocean, available from April to October (sunbeds and umbrellas with extra cost).



Prainha Club Pools

Two outdoor pools - one for adults and one for children - with gardens and snack bar beside.



M&N Pools

Pool for adults and children in the M&N area, available from April to October.



Restaurants

Choose between four restaurants, including the seasonal Atlantic Pool Snack Bar and the Caniço Bar Restaurant.

Open daily from 8am to 8pm, for greater convenience.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



- Note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:

Between 1 November and 31 March – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.

Between 1 April and 30 October – EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total value and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.



- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use. Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's app. Virtual cards are not accepted (MBWay, Apple Pay or others).

    Da localização. Ar condicionado não chega ao quarto, e atoalhados poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. A hora do check out deveria ser mais tardia. Sair às 10h da manhã é mais cedo que o normal em outros alojamentos.
