Stunning Villa with Breathtaking Sea view

This was a truly beautiful home with sweeping views of the Calabrian coast that go on for miles. The home was clean and comfortable for our family with a small child. Communication with the owner was great and they were gracious hosts. The communal pool was perfect for hot afternoons with a kid. We hope to return again in the future!

This place has a very nice poisition and a terrace overlooking the WHOLE sea.

The photo's on the website do not do it justice - much bigger in real life. Lovely, helpful owners. A bit more shade at the pool area would have been nice, but still a wonderful place to unwind.

The property is beautifully positioned with a panoramic view of the sea and, on occasion, sight of Stromboli and its volcanic crater. The villa is well appointed, is clean, with a an excellent use of space - is air conditioned and has a well stocked kitchen with good size fridge and a bathroom with plenty of hot water. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable large double bed. The second bedroom (not used by us) is a twin room with plenty of storage space. The front garden also enjoys a wonderful panorama together with a shower - and the back garden is well stocked with plants and facility for washing clothes. Parking is available on site. The newly built swimming pool is wonderful - beautifully designed and at a comfortable temperature. The local area is a mixture of local tranquillity and seaside resort a short drive away in Zambrone Mare - and the wonderful historic town of Tropea is another short drive away. There are many local restaurants which range from very good to excellent - we had no real disappointments. This is an ideal holiday home for up to four people who wish to enjoy the quiet of the local life - but who may like to venture out to the hurly burly of the seaside resorts. Sicily (we had a brief excursion) is within easy reach. We had a lovely time and would recommend to others.

This villa is lovely with two good double bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living space is mainly outdoors on the covered veranda and the wonderful garden with lots of chairs and sunbeds, and beautiful views over the sea and Aeolians islands. Frank and Silvana were amazing, always available and very flexible. I'm a very demanding customer, especially when I'm on vacation. I want everything perfect, and here, in the Palummo villa, I can just say that everything was perfect: We are definitely coming back next year. Sandrine
