Sea view villa with pool near Tropea

Great sea view, very quite and relaxing and a very convenient place with nice pool.

Great villa with pool overlooking the sea that has a second villa upstairs but spaces separated so we never even saw our neighbors. Very private. Only 15 mins to town Trooea. Loved this place!

What a beautiful home!! We were 2 couples traveling through Calabria. If we didn’t want to see all the beautiful towns we could have easily sat and enjoyed the amazing view. This home had a well appointed kitchen. 2 full modern bathrooms and 2 modern and comfortable bedrooms. If you’re coming to this part of the world stay here. We were in the down stairs unit. No one was upstairs

This amazing home is on a hilltop overlooking the ocean - stunning views of the coastline below, delightful town nearby with butcher shop, fish shop, and wood-fired pizzeria. We enjoyed cooking on the charcoal grill, as well as in the fully furnished kitchen. Rooms were spacious, one bathroom was en suite and the other, with washer, was between the bedrooms. The pool was refreshing, and you can dine either inside or out. We met our friends in Rome and traveled by train to Lamezia, then rented a car, so we could tour the area -lots to see and explore! Our hosts were so charming, we hope to return!

The 180 degree elevated view from the property is ever- changing, encompassing the beautiful Calabrian coast and distant Stromboli volcano. The apartment is tastefully decorated in a seaside theme and is equipped for 4 people to stay comfortably. The outdoor area is yours exclusively with plenty of outdoor furniture, a BBQ and the sparkling swimming pool. WiFi was good but mobile service can be patchy. There is another apartment upstairs with its own garden, those occupants do not have access to your area or the pool. There is parking within a gated area as a car is need to explore...the closest beaches are down the hill at Zambrone, with a 15min drive to charming Tropea. Closest pizzeria is 5 min down the hill. Highly recommend driving down to Reggio Calabria an elegant city with the wonderful Magna Greca Museum. Our stay was enhanced by the excellent communication with property manager Debora and the warm welcome by Maria and Mario. Our first time in Calabria...definitely not our last!

We stayed at Villa Incanto which has a private swimming pool and a breathtaking 180 degrees view. On good days you are even able to see Stromboli. The house is, however, separated into two apartments. So technically it is not a villa what you book but rather a very nice apartment with an outdoor space. This needs to be noted since there might be other guests staying above you.

We loved everything about this house. They had a beautiful pool that was sparkling clean at all times and this property has amazing views. The sunsets were stunning every night! Mario and his wife were fantastic hosts, and even cooked us a beautiful meal one night. The house was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Great proximity to Tropea and beautiful beaches. I recommend that you get gps coordinates before coming as it was very difficult to find. The only downside was that there was no wifi
