Seafront Villa With Private Pool & Gardens, 10min walking from Gaios

We loved our stay in this villa. The pool, view of the sea and outside space were stunning! Kostas was so helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

This is one of the most outstanding, beautiful area, as well as the villa. We couldn’t ask for a brilliant, clean, comfortable villa. Kostas was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Romana came in every day and emptied bins with changing bedding and towels every three days. Giaos so many restaurants, all we visited were first class. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit

Absolutely fabulous villa overlooking the sea, amazing pool area and the location was superb, 15 minute walk into Gaios where there are so many beautiful restaurants and shops - we cannot wait to return!

The villa is in the best location meaning we did not need to hire a car. Loved watching the boats coming and going and host was very helpful and the cleaner is a lovely lady who came everyday.

The best property we have stayed in, location, cleanliness, the pool, facilities were perfect. We were only a couple but the place is perfect for 2 small families. Everything you need is close by, we hired a car as well to see the rest of the island which was worth it. What a relaxing holiday for my husband and I on our baby moon.

The villa was perfect, the location for Gaios was great, the views were amazing and the villa manager was the best. Right from the start of our booking, the communication was excellent and it just got better. Any questions or advice we needed was never a problem and was actioned super fast. The villa is lovely and was more that we needed. It was cleaned daily and sheets and towels were changed midweek. It made a pleasant change not having to empty the bins and disposed of bottles.. There were couple of negatives about the villa but it didn’t impact on our stay here; we loved it. There was nowhere in the kitchen to keep the food that we bought so we just used the microwave. It would have been useful to have a few condiments - salt, pepper, olive oil maybe. A couple of lidded plastic containers to keep opened packets of food would have been useful and a saucepan to cook eggs - I used a casserole dish and they took ages to cook! The two downstairs bedrooms have no natural light, this suited me as I slept so well! Others might like bedrooms to be a little brighter. Kostas met us off the ferry and took us to the villa, giving us all the information we needed. He had left us milk, orange juice, wine, bread, loads of water and lots of other useful food items. The quality of the furnishing was excellent, particularly the outdoor furniture. There were lots of different seating areas outside which was lovely. Our favourite restaurant in Gaios was Mambo.

The villa was ideal for us travelling with our son and his family; they had the downstairs apartment and we had upstairs. Although they are joined, it can also be separate and very private. We loved the outside areas and the views of the harbour, with boats coming in and out. Although the villa faces the road, it was very quiet, especially for sleeping. We really enjoyed the location as we could walk into Gaios and taxis were available to take us further afield. Anny was very helpful in making all our arrangements, including the hiring of a boat to Anti-Paxos.
