Stayed Jun 25, 2025Place is a bit old and needs some upgrading. There is no pool which was a set back. Then the option is to go to the beach which is a few minutes away. Beach towels should have been provided. We stayed a week. The property manager should have reached out to us to see if we wanted fresh bath towels. The bedroom were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and available dishes did not lend to cooking so we ate out.

Stayed Jun 8, 2022Did not stay at all. Smelled of mold and pet dander. Windows were moldy. Bathtub stained, stove dirty, AC leaking next to bed. No blankets. Definitely not close to the beach. I'm highly allergic to unsanitary things and had an anaphylaxis attack within minutes of being inside the house. It was an ordeal and an inconvenience because I had to find somewhere else to stay for my trip at the last minute. I'd like to have my total payment refunded and also compensation for my inconvenience and risk of life. The owner said he could only refund a part of the initial payment.

Stayed Mar 1, 2020Loved the area! Close to the beach and dock. Quiet. Great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend the local Sunday night party Sunday school with live steel drum band! Close to 2 golf courses. The house has a great view of the ocean and loved hearing the waves. House is large and comfortable, but needs some minor repairs( 2 vanity doors broken, and dishwasher not working.) Had a great stay, would love to go back for another visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family an i stayed at the villa for 4 days and 3 nights during july 9 -12. It was our first visit to Tobago and we wanted it to be the best time ever. At the villa we felt at home, it was comfortable, the rooms were exceptional and the facilities were up to mark. The environment was serene, peaceful and safe. We were carefree and the beaches and attractions were nearby. Our family of eleven ranging from all ages totally enjoyed our stay and we decided that we will be staying at the villa for most of our visits to Tobago. We also had sunny and beautiful weather. The owner, Miss Angela was very helpful and ensured that we were treated like family. We mostly enjoyed the Nylon Pool and Pigeon Point. Overall, the stay at Oceanview Villa really made out vacation memorable and a fun and enjoyable experience. :)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I spent 8 nights at this property with 4 other mid-twenties friends. We enjoyed laying low and being home-bodies with the wi-fi internet. We were pleased with the accomodation which is very accurately portrayed in teh description. The owner Bruce and manager Angela were very helpful and would contact us frequiently to make sure we had everything we needed. Our issues were small and taken care of. I would reccomend staying here if you have a good sized group of 4 to 10 people. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space. I would recomend renting a car. The manager Angela will set you up with almost anything you need including car rental, boat trips and a very good price for lobster!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I rented the oceanview villa in order to house us and our family for our wedding event. We must say, everything worked out beyond what our dreams expected. Not only was the oceanview villa beautifull & overlooking the ocean, but it was clean, had everything we needed, but did not think to bring (toiletries, detergent, washer & dryer, television, internet and much more). In addition to being a fantastic place to stay, all of our nieghbors were beyond helpfull in assisting with our wedding and more. We especially give much thanks to the Hostess Angela. Angela was our savior in assisting us in connecting with everybody we needed and more (the wedding cake, the location, transportation, building the wedding arch and we even were married by the pastor of her church). We also met many other local people who were friendly, kind, down to earth and good embassadors of Tobago. It seemed as though the entire village new what were were planning and helped us make our dream come true. We plan to go back in the not so far future to enjoy the people, the place, the villa and those people who we now call friends. Attached, are pictures of us, the villa, the beach, the horses (yes, Veronica owner of Being With Horses and the photographer were also available, friendly, helpfull and more. We love Tobago and all it has to offer. Felipe & Yvette

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Here a very pleasant villa, roomy, very clean, equipped well, with a very beautiful sight on the Caribbean Sea, with calm, at the end of the small village of Buccoo. Perfect, whether it is in family or between friends. Angela is very accessible and will help you to solve all your questions, including finding the fisherman who will bring lobster to you at a price defying any competition. An excellent address.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I spent 3 nights at this Villa in April 2009. The Villa is beautifully situated on top of a small hill and overlooks the open ocean. The sound of the ocean, clearly heard from the two front bedrooms, soothes one to sleep at nights. It is within walking distance of the beach and a small fishing village where freshly caught fish could be purchased in the mornings. It is very comfortably furnished with all modern appliances. The living quarters are large and airy. I so enjoyed my stay that I have already rebooked a week in 2010. Horseback riding is available from a stable which is within walking distance.
