You will have access to a shared pool and the condo is in a gated area with 24 hour security. There is also a plaza at the front of the community with stores and a restaurant. Location is great with a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Point, Store Bay, and lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife in Bon Accord. It is also close off the highway with easy access to Scarborough.
