Oceanfront Beach House, Great Views, Close to Dive Sites!

Wonderful beachfront house that's well appointed with four bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for a family and great location right on the water!

We absolutely love staying at this property. It is our third time here. It has everything that our family is looking for and needs.

Great location

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation exceeded expectations in every way. The kitchen was unbelievably well‑stocked — spices, sauces, rubs, condiments, full dishware, a dishwasher — everything you could possibly need and more. We also loved the thoughtful extras like books, games, puzzles, and a TV for cozy evenings.The on‑the‑beach access was truly unbeatable. Stepping out and being right on the sand felt like a dream.The rooms were impressively spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the sun. Maid service and concierge service were exceptional and accommodating.The entire resort had such a peaceful, friendly, family‑oriented vibe that made the whole experience even better.We genuinely loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Casa Calypso was first class! The home is perfect and the location was outstanding. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our concierge, Mayra, was super pleasant and helped coordinate a massage session for our crew and an absolutely amazing day on the water with Captain Chula and Ruben. We love Cozumel.

Our group of six had a great time and Casa Calypso. Communication was great and the Casa has beach access that is unmatched. The pier is also very convenient for dive / snorkel boat pick ups. We will definitely be back!

The whole process from booking the trip to checking out was seamless. Enrique was always available for any assistance including arranging paddle board rentals. The house is exceptionally nice and well laid out for a large group. And you can't beat the incredible view of the ocean and accessibility. Everything was wonderful! We will definitely recommend Casa Calypso!

One A/C unit was out upon arrival for 3 days. The internet was in and out. The last day it didnt work at all and was still out when we left. There were minor repairs needed around the house as well. Other then few issues we had a great time. The house is very beautiful. Very spacious. The rooms are very large and it is a bonus to have a bath with each bed. Being fully stocked was another great bonus. Our over all experience was great. The view was awesome. We will be booking again. All the people were very nice.

Loved, loved our stay at Casa Calypso! Location can’t be beat, super quiet. Close to dive sites. The management was awesome, Enrique was amazing, helped us with anything we needed and had questions on. Already planning to book again for next year! We stayed at this place three times now. The owners are great. The management is great. The views are amazing. This home is about 20 minutes from town and very safe. If you want loud partying and nights on the town this is not the right place, but if you want beautiful quiet evenings with amazing sunsets, it's perfect.

We rented Casa Calypso for the first week in January to vacatinon with our adult daughters and their husbands. The layout of the house was fabulous allowing spacious areas for both privacy and entertainment. And with the beach and ocean steps away there is always something to do. The house was clean and as represented in the listing.So nice to have ensuite bathrooms and queen beds! My only suggestion for improvement were the bath and beach towels -- they were in poor condition, but the owner has said that they have already been replaced! Communication was amazing and we used the assistance of Myra (she is responsive both prior and during our stay) for having a few groceries stocked, finding us a rental car for a day, booking a boat for snorkeling and booking a chef for three days--breakfast and dinner! Everything was charged exactly as quoted!!! If we were to change anything, it would be the use of the chef. Breakfasts were amazing (thye cook, clean, and clear the table and were very friendly); however, for us, the dinners were very similar in taste. We would do breakfast for sure, but enjoy dining out in town, and we also did a little cooking on the grill upstairs! The day we were to snorkel, the winds were so high they closed the port--so we missed out on that :( The grounds are well kept and there is a shared pool which we did not use. The neighborhood is very family oriented and the other guests were very friendly, but not imposing. We would definately go back.

We were only 6 adults so definitely lots of space for us. The house can definitely accommodate twice as many. We loved the space both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful views. Great pool. Excellent service by the staff. Rodrigo and Mayra were awesome. Always responded quickly and helped with many things, especially groceries. All in all, it was a great place to vacation. The only downside (depending on your perspective) is that it is far from town so you would either need a car or take cabs if you want to visit San Miguel.

This was a fantastic house for our family of 7 adults. Plenty of space inside and out and right on the beach. Response from the hosts was always helpful and prompt. This was probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at! Thank you so much!

The house and location are absolutely breathtaking! Wow it’s practically a private beach and pool. The house is spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The owners and property managers are wonderful and ensure that your stay is excellent. Highly recommend!!

This house is amazing! Large and comfortable with a stunning ocean front view! The bedrooms were all very large with their own bathrooms. This home features a large terrace off of the master bedroom that also had a screened in porch. We spent many hours in the morning and evenings lounging upstairs reading and relaxing and enjoying a drink! The service by our personal concierge was a great bonus too. Enrique and Rodrigo were great to deal with and always made sure we had everything we needed. They grocery shopped for us and also got us a taxi whenever we wanted to go to town. We also enjoyed the personal chef services and had 3 amazing meals made for us. Communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch! We really loved this property and everything about it and plan on returning time and time again!

Large beautiful home on the water. Breathtaking views all day. Nice and cool a/c. Perfect for our large group.

We love the Costa del Sol neighborhood and choose to stay there because of the access to the pier for scuba diving as well as the private beach and the edgeless pool. This particular home has been our favorite that we have stayed at in the neighborhood so far. Excellent views of the beach and the ocean from the dining area! We will definitely be back to this place
