Dramatic Oceanfront Condo with Double Master Suites

Comfortable, well appointed and an incredible view. Everything needed to make for a memorable stay.

The view from the balcony was fabulous. All amenities in the bedrooms and kitchen were great! We would book this property again when visiting Cozumel.

Pros: Condo is wonderfully decorated, with lots of tasteful touches that make it stand out from your typical Vrbo’s Views from the balcony were amazing, perfect place to have morning coffee or cocktails later on. Building is very quiet, with the pool rarely used. The snorkeling in front was some of the best we experienced on the island. Countless varieties of colorful fish and coral, turtles, sting rays and barracuda. Taxis were easy to hail and a quick 100 peso ride to the central part of downtown San Miguel.Cons: Despite the listing indicating there is a washer and dryer, that is no longer accurate. May not be a big deal to some, but having a washer and dryer was one of the key criteria for our condo search. Also, owner and property manager response times could have been much better on issues and questions. It sometimes took reaching out multiple times, and contacting VRBO directly one time, to get replies. Lastly, the gate code provided at check-in was incorrect and it took reaching out to the property manager to get the correct one.

Perfect blue waters, great snorkeling right in front of unit(strong current). Was almost impossible to make cell calls, a Cozumel issue I am guessing.

We enjoyed the property. The pool is wonderful, easy access to snorkeling right off the front of the property. Well equipped kitchen. Water dispenser was unreliable but we dealt with it by pouring right off the large bottles.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The condo was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Really appreciated all the snorkeling gear that was available. My favorite place was the sofa on the balcony to enjoy my mexican coffee and sunsets.

We are a family of four adults and stayed for 6 nights. We all loved this property! The double ocean view master suites with private bathrooms were perfect for us, with incredible views. Very clean. Great A/C and wifi. Tons of closet space, hangers, and dresser space. Comfortable beds. Tons of towels. Very well stocked kitchen. Huge balcony was perfect for relaxing, and the walk to the pool couldn’t have been shorter. Pool was never crowded. The complex is small and private, quiet and secure. There was some construction next door but that is to be expected in the Caribbean, we’ve learned and did not detract from our stay. The staff and manager were courteous and helpful. We would love to stay again!

Condo is better than pictures. Good beds and great pool and snorkeling access. Has all kitchen appliances you need and plenty of water.

This was truly an amazing view and terrific snorkeling, right off the property. I loved the deck, which was very private, and a lovely pool practically to ourselves. It was minutes from the town, and on the opposite side of the mass of people. The condo was full of everything we would ever want. However, the ad has the little icons of a washer and dryer, but there wasn’t one that we could use. Beware of this, so that you may pack accordingly.

This is a beautiful, property, well managed and the views are second to none. It afforded us privacy, while being located near downtown. I have stayed several places on the island over the past several years, and this is by far my favorite.
